Since moving to Milford, CT there are a few things I’ve had to become accustomed to. One is the absence of free plastic grocery bags available at grocery stores. Another is the overwhelming abundance of reusable grocery bags that clutter up my house because I always forget to take them to the grocery store. Lastly is the excellent customer service, value, and convenience of the Dunkin Donuts located at 275 Boston Post Rd. The service: Every service interaction I’ve had at this Dunkin Donuts has been great. The employees are always friendly and admittedly, I’m such a frequent customer that they usually recognize my face in the drive thru, (Shout out to Casey! she is awesome 😊) and normally just tell me to pull forward because they already have my order ready. The value: I know there are plenty of places you can go for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Currently at Dunkin Donuts if you order a medium or larger hot or iced coffee, you can get a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich for $3 along with many other of your favorites. Like $1 for a donut. If you opt for the breakfast sandwich here’s what I recommend. Order it on a bagel. Normally a bagel is $2.19, for 81¢ more with the purchase of a medium or larger hot or iced coffee, you can get the same bagel with sausage egg and cheese. Now, is this going to be the best sausage egg and cheese bagel sandwich you’ve ever had in your life? Probably not. You could probably find a better bagel sandwich at other places, you’re also probably going to pay at least twice the price. Do what you feel is best for you. I also highly recommend downloading and using the Dunkin Donuts Mobile App, there are many good deals throughout the month and you’ll earn points for free stuff. The convenience: If you’re one of those fortunate people that get to wake up early to make the magic happen, the Dunkin Donuts at 275 Boston Post Rd. opens at 4:00 am. Other locations normally open at 5:00 am. Also, this location has easy access to the north and south bound ramps of I95 and the Route 15 Milford Parkway. The take away: If you’re looking for one of the best places for service, value, and convenience for coffee and other breakfast favorites, look no further than Dunkin Donuts at 275 Boston Post Rd. Im from the south and is the 1st time i see the donuts display behind a glass. Is a very convenient location right off 95. So clean and organized,super fast service,is very busy in the morning so open your app and get it done mobile order,will be ready by the time you get there( use that smartphone) Clean restaurant and restrooms too. I love Dunkin I do come across some bad apples 🍎 but all companies gotta weed out the rotten apples,u can't run a company with to many grumpy ppl,if there is a surround 4 / 5 ppl in a group are happy then ur team is running smoothly...we customers need 30 to 45 minutes to drink and eat ... A fast paced and efficient Dunkin, food & drinks are always fresh. They have kiosks you can use if it's a little packed. Nice amount of parking available. Overall a quality Dunkin.

I normally go to this location in the morning hours when at work. The staff is great and FAST! I went after work a couple of times (after 4pm) and had horrible experiences each time. I had to wait in the drive through for over 10 mins. They made my drink wrong. I asked them to check it and gave it back. The girl told me that's how she makes it and gave it back.
