They call this coffee which was just water with a “scent” of coffee. I told them even before taking a sip,”hey this can’t be coffee, look at the color” but they said “no it’s coffee”…no wonder nobody goes to Dunkin’ Donuts. I wouldn’t have gone myself if I didn’t have a gift card…. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The customer service in this location is getting worse. I really hate going here now. The staff act like they don't want to be there and look like they hate their jobs. This morning I ordered ahead. Went in and stood in line in the pick up mobile orders. One of the employees was there with a fleece hoodie on and the hood tied so tightly around their head, all you could see were their eyes nose n mouth. I waited 20 mins for my order and finally had to stop an employee and ask if my order was ready. They handed me my order from beind the counter. At this point my food is now cold! So i asked, don't you call the order numbers or the name when it's ready? Their answer was No! And they walked away. No one checks with customers to see what their waiting for anymore. This staff needs to be trained correctly on customer service or need to be removed from that location. I love this dunkin donuts there us one woman there who works the morning shift who is so kind and cheerful! She gave me a specialized drink today mixed with cookies and cream and heath. I love her energy whenever I go there.

I ordered a latte with an extra espresso shot. I got a cup of milk. I asked the employee if it had the extra espresso shot. He said yes and then said I don’t know. I gave 5 starts because I am a dunkin donuts lover. Dear owner, I will appreciate if you can talk with the new staff at that location because it's unfair to have all these chairs flip over these tables at 5:45 pm while the store closed at 7pm. These bad habits recently started Wednesday the 25th of January. ItsVery unfair to go sit outside after your purchase in this kind of weather.

Went to get breakfast /doughnut the customer service was terrible.. need to put someone has good customer service skill .. especially busy place .. was a girl cashier .. I enjoyed my doughnut all the time though Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20
