Dulvin is a gem of a restaurant! The cozy atmosphere sets the stage for an exceptional local dining experience. Great place to have food. We had Nasi-goreng and Hot butter cuttle fish with Chips. Dishes were really tasty and recommend anyone also since there were not any places open for dine in for lunch. Prices are reasonable and service was really good. The owner was really nice and always ask for feedback about the food. The worst place ever I’ve eaten at Shri Lanka. We took the seafood noodles - it was so bad, 3 pieces of shrimps, some calamari, very dry and not eatable tuna. But it would be fine in case the noodles and vegetables were good, they were not. Highly not recommend.

Good local food amidst hotel restaurants. We had the vegetable Kottu and he devilled chicken, both were really good and we did'nt have to wait long.
