I just spent 50$ on delivery food from the worst Chinese restaurant that I've EVER eaten! I purchased the so called "Seafood Delight"(which I really need to add here...there certainly WASN'T anything delightful about it!), I don't like crab meat so I asked for extra lobster... To tell you the truth I couldn't tell if there was extra lobster or not because nothing in the dish actually looked anything like lobster! What resembled shrimp actually tasted like watery crab rubber! Omgoodness it's truly awful! To make matters worse I called to complain about my 50$ disappointment what was I offered? A REFUND YOU SAY?? YEAH RIGHT, THEY OFFERED ME A FREE EGG ROLL ON MY NEXT ORDER!! AS IF I'D EVER GO BACK TO THEM!!! But YOU can rest assured because the MANAGER promised to speak to the chef and I was ASSURED that NOT ONLY had this EVER HAPPENED BEFORE but IT NEVER WILL AGAIN!😳 WANT A FREE EGG ROLL NEXT TIME? 🧐 Yeah, ok! 👌🏼 🤦🏼‍♀️ I think not! Too bad you can't rate into the negative! 🤷🏼‍♀️Eww I almost forgot to mention the Scallops they are the size of a button on a man's oxford shirt! I've never seen scallops that small! I took a pic of them, I guess I ate all the rubber stuff that I thought could possibly be what they were claiming was lobster. In a few minutes I think I'll be able actually show you what it was I swallowed... It's not sitting very well 🤢 Food: 1 Service: 5

This is my mother & i’s go-to Chinese restaurant since we live right down the street. The food has always been good but last night we ordered via DoorDash and they gave my mom shrimp and broccoli instead of chicken and broccoli and since it was covered in sauce and broccoli, she didn’t realize it until after she bit into it and she is allergic to shellfish. Please be careful when ordering. Check your food before you bite into it. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

First time in about a year we have ordered from here. And will be the last! We ordered chicken and mixed veggies. The chicken was horrible just blah! The veggies was big chucks of some type of lettuce and a couple other little veggies. Beside the veggies we also got a nice long hair mixed in 🤢We also got general tsos it was ok. But both of these meals we supposed to come with white rice. Zero rice! Got a combo platter of the boneless spareribs. The ribs were ok. The pork fried rice was so dry!!! The egg roll was soggy. $40 for horrible food no rice and a hair. Never again!! Food: 1 Service: 1

This used to be the best Chinese food in the area. What I got tonight is completely different and awful. The chicken had an odd texture and is bright white like it was never cooked in with the rice. The shrimp was low quality and tasted off. And there was a big hunk of plastic (pic included) in my house rice. They charged me extra for packets of sauce on $50 worth of Chinese food that is now going in the trash. I'm afraid to even taste anything else. It looks awful and I'm not interested in getting sick on low quality food made by people who clearly don't care. I can't imagine what the kitchen must look like based on the food I received. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS IF YOU THINK IM LYING: EVERYONE SAYS THE SAME THINGS. WOMAN IN THE FRONT IS RUDE!Ordered food for pickup, insanely slow. One item took 40 minutes, which they then thought it was funny. The old woman in the front ignored me entirely for the first 5 minutes I got there, and as I tried to ask how long she ignored me again until I had to yell “hello?” and she said a few minutes which ended up being 10. Absolutely will never return Edit: if you want to try to distort and lie atleast own up to what happened. I arrived at 5:04 at the pickup time. I have the screenshots from the customer as well.I left at 5:18. I stood there while a man in classes cooked, a young man walked around and the older woman bagged items. I waited until she finished and she walked away. I went to the microphone and said excuse me and she never responded, she came back 5 minutes later. Between that time you dispatched your delivery driver who was also waiting AFTER i had arrived. There was another woman there that waited equally as long to be acknowledged. The customer said he ordered his food at 4:42 pm. If you’re going to ignore people don’t be shocked when they aren’t friendly when YOUR customer service isn’t up to par. Even after waiting 10 minutes, I asked how long and was told again, a few minutes and it was another 10 minutes. You assumed because I wasn’t the “patron” that you couldn’t be reviewed. When you’re purposefully ignoring someone in your establishment and then laughing, don’t be shocked that the review is not in your favor. Work on your customer service because it was uninviting, rude, condescending and unprofessional. I see why your reviews sit at a 3.8. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The woman at the front was very rude. I asked for chopsticks, and she said, “I gave you a fork.” I asked for soy sauce and duck sauce. She said, “It’s in the bag.” It was not in the bag, and she got an attitude when I came back to get the sauces. The eggroll was burned. The chicken and broccoli was bland. The pork fried rice was also bland and needed all the soy sauce it could get. Don’t waste your time or money here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Always enjoyed this place and it was once the best around. Tonight I ordered General Tso chicken and halfway thru noticed all the big pieces of chicken were completely RAW. Pink chicken is not good. If I die tonight or get really sick, ill know why. I took a picture of the dish and my receipt just incase. Prayers Food: 1 Service: 2
