Delicious, freshly made donuts and breakfast sandwiches. The staff is very accommodating, generous and kind. One of the best donut shops we've ever been to.

Donut Station is one of my favorite places to go early in the morning for a special treat, and my daughters thoroughly enjoy it as well. Coming here is always a pleasant experience. The donuts are always fresh and delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. I particularly enjoy the ham and cheese croissant, heated up. Bagels and breakfast sandwiches are also on the menu. They serve many flavors of hot coffee and tea, with all the fixin’s. The cooler is well stocked with many cold drinks, including a bunch of flavors of Guayaki Yerba Maté! Cindy and Tina provide phenomenal service and they keep the line moving fast. They keep the shop very clean and tidy too! Pricing is a great value for everything on the menu. Transactions are cash only, and they have an ATM available in the corner for your convenience. 10/10 would recommend

My 86 year old dad lives for his morning donut coffee paper ritual. I never go in search of them but indulge when I want to spend quality time with my dad (who is visiting me from Wisconsin). OMG this place rocks! We went to two other places in Santa Cruz before discovering this gem. One was out if donuts at 10am?!
All their donuts and pastries are baked in house every night. Our all time donut to judge quality by is the French which is the lightest fluffiest donut of all time and not easy to master. The key is the inner moistness. Other places may make look alikes but taste like dry crisco inside and leave a film of grease on the roof of your mouth. The ones here don’t need as much frosting as they have but the chocolate is rich and creamy and I eat it all with delight.
My dad has an emotional support dog (13 lb Yorkie) and the staff is really cool about our taking him inside to sit under the table. The staff is very very friendly and knows many customers by their names! Impressive!
I usually byo coffee to these types of places as they don’t typically serve decent coffee (no espresso for sure) but this place offers about 8 different roasts and its refreshing to pay 2.50 vs 6 bucks for a cup of joe. Refills are $1! Its nice to not hear the roar of espresso machines too!
Theres nothing ‘pretty’ or ‘hip’ here but its just nice down to earth people and very clean. They also offer bagel and croissant egg sandwiches.

They are the best donut shop in Santa Cruz County.
Light and fluffy.
But seams that the icing has changed a little.
Still better then any other.
That makes bricks as Donuts

I came in to pick up a couple donuts for myself. I grabbed some milk and went to pay. They only take cash so make sure you have some, but I didn't. I only had like 2 dollars. They were so nice and just told me to take it even though I was 3 dollars short. I felt bad and walked out to my car and was able to get the difference, but the fact that they just let me have it even though I didn't have enough cash was just so heartwarming. They obviously care about their customers. The donuts were delicious. Thank you again for being so generous and I would be happy to visit again anytime. I'll just make sure I bring the cash

I'm both happy and sad that I don't live in Santa Cruz. Happy because if I did I would eat so many donuts from Donut Station so as to ensure the diabetes. Sad because I only get to eat these delicious donuts whenever I am in town. The prices are extremely reasonable, the flavors and textures are excellent, the service is friendly and helpful. The experience couldn't be better. These are not ultra-luxury fancy-pants donuts (I have had those kind of donuts, they are delicious but very expensive), these are just the ideal version of what a donut should be.

Been going to this donut shop since I was in elementary school. Same owner operators, same great donuts I remembered having as a kid. The day I went recently I came in late morning and the selection was small cause they had a successful early morning. Favorite is the chocolate bar filled with custard. Yum

These guys are really sweet and make delicious breakfast sandwiches! Their donuts are pretty darn good too. The air pot coffee is fresh and bold. Love the French roast! They really made my morning. 😊

Traditional old school donut shop, best donuts in town, several varieties of hot coffee, plenty of parking, quick friendly service, always smells good when you walk in, what's not to like?
