I ordered every week but last 4 orders are really disappointing food quality is really bad and not matched what i was ordered i was mentioned last time as well but still same really bad experience. Last time I ordered, I realized when I got home that there wasn't any vegan cheese on my (vegan) pizza. I was given a free voucher however it's only for a traditional pizza which I can't have. Delicious Pizza and Garlic bread, 4/5 as the remaining 1 point was due to the crusts being a bit burnt. Staff were quiet and there wasn't exactly a positive vibe but kudos to them for making sure our order was correct, cooked and had all the necessary toppings. Pizzas are always good but I can never get through on the phone and I can’t replace the cheese with plantbased cheese online for whatever reason. I always order from Dominos but today I was really disappointed with what happened. I ordered a Peperoni Pizza and a Drink. I watched the pizza tracker on the website and once it was finished being cooked, it sat in the store for about 20 minutes. Finally, after the pizza arrived, (arriving 10 minutes late) the delivery person put the pizza on my porch and just left without ringing the doorbell or knocking. Luckily, I was watching the tracker, so I knew it had arrived. After I went to the door, I saw my pizza (my pizza was cold) but didn't see my drink, I was confused at first and just checked down the steps to see if maybe the drink had fallen over and rolled away but it didn't, there was no sight of my drink. I called Dominos to ask for my drink, but they didn't pick up and I ended up sitting on the phone for 10 minutes. I gave up and called again to which I actually got a response. It's been 40 minutes since they said they would send someone down to deliver my drink and it still hasn't arrived. I should also state I only live about 10 minutes away from the store. This is absolutely disgraceful; you guys should be working on getting peoples orders right. Now I already know what some people will say about my pizza sitting in the store for about 20 minutes, it's because they didn't have anyone to deliver it. Usually we order from Dominoes and the food is always hot, and the staff are friendly, but tonight there was no spinach on the vegorama, and no butter chicken sauce on the garlic naan bread. We were not informed of this before I paid and took the pizzas home. There was no point driving all of the way back to return it, petrol isn’t cheap these days! So disappointed with Domino's Whanganui. I ordered one day in advance online for a birthday party for the pizza to be delivered for 6pm and they didn't arrive. I sent a parent to get them, and Dominos workers said there was no such order which then left me stressed. Then a driver finally arrived a couple of minutes before 7pm minus 1 pizza. A phone call to say they would have been late would have been appreciated, and no apology on delivery either. We always order from Domino's, it's our fave pizza place, but after this experience, this has put me off and I will never order from Domino's again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My order was not what I paid for they missed the extras I had requested. I expect if I'm paying extra I get what I ordered, they missed the sauces, the toppings weren't all on the pizza and there wasn't cut evenly there were small piecesit was just a mess.
