I have no real issue with domino’s… I just didn’t like that they placed my food on the ground as I buzzed them into the building and drove off… called had them Refund my money because they could have did a better job of notifying customers that they don’t come in apartment buildings any longer! I usually have no issues ordering from this Dominos. Today for whatever reason my online order wouldn't go through, so I called in to see if they would give me the same deal. They said no they don't add coupons on the phone. I called the downtown Mpls location and they said they would give the current Carryout special. I then told them about the SLP location saying they won't. He said we're under the same franchise and they should honor the current Carryout special. When I called back to the SLP location the mgr was so rude and ridiculous. My teenager have better customer skills than this "woman" she wouldn't give corporates number or her name. The staff is rude to customers when they come in the store! The pizza is always overcooked or burnt. I witnessed someone putting the sauce on the pizza with their hands! I’m totally disgusted with this location. Rude customer service. I will be making it a point to call in on delivery driver that was inside of the establishment that came out yelling at me in my car for unknowingly being in the wrong spot & before I could move says “ I wouldn’t be serviced if I didn’t move” instantly rude for no reason. Needs to learn how to talk to customers I would hate for anyone to feel threatened and act. First and last time here… Service Take out

A pizza delivery service unable to find your house. You would have more luck throwing a frozen pizza in a tornado and hoping it comes back rather than trusting this domino's has drivers capable of finding your house. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
