This is the second time I tried this particular dominos. The first time I wasn’t pleased, but I wanted to try again because everyone has a bad day. Well tonight’s my last time. Almost $30 spent on food combined and none of it seemed cooked.

Ordered from this location many times for about a year and they are always SO GOOD! I'm honestly here because of all the negative reviews I've seen...we have a different order every time and have never had a negative experience at the 528 dominoes! It sounds like some customers are being too demanding and rude at busy ordering times from the reviews... or are not tipping at all! - From a long-time retail and fast food worker 🤗 Also...no need to bring the protractor out to measure pizza divisions? Right? If you want perfection do it yourself!
I ordered ON THE PHONE a pizza. On the phone so there would be no mistakes and they heard what I wanted. I got there and it was not what I ordered. I told the cashier and the girl who made it straight up argued with me that she made it right. It won’t let me post a photo unfortunately but it was extremely obvious. Was expecting to get a pizza I wanted but got gaslit by a girl instead.

I just came by today to pick up my order and my niece fell extremely hard in the store and hit her face on the ground in a place that was slippery. There was no wet floor sign or caution sign. She was crying at the top of her lungs and no one in the staff had the decency to come by and ask if she was okay. They just turned their shoulder around and acted like nothing happened. Literally just took my money and turned around, It was very hurtful and disgusting to think that a little girl is crying and no one could come by and ask if she was okay . I don’t know what they Teach at customer service for dominoes at this location but corporate needs to come by and give them a visit due to the terrible customer service.

I just want to say how much I appreciate dominos delivery drivers, especially at this store. Speedy delivery and respect for special instructions. Im babysitting for a family friend this weekend and I put on the notes please do not knock or ring the doorbell as we have a sleeping infant. And even as I met the delivery driver at the door, Floyd, was even whispering. I work at another dominos location and I know that from my other fo workers they blatantly ignore the delivery instructions like not ringing the doorbell etc, so I just want to say thank you for having respectful employees
Again, I want to thank this store for their workers and their service. I had gotten a timed order this time but I was still at my second job and I had to rush home to make sure I got it in time, and I called the store and I didn’t get the name of the man on the phone but thank you! I asked him to tell the driver, Emmanuel to please stay at the house and that I was on the way home. Also again, I appreciate y’all’s drivers who respect the instructions, I have my baby here with my parents watching her and I didn’t want her to wake up, and y’all’s drivers have always been respectful of that so thank you guys sm for excellent service!

I don’t think I’ve had such quality food delivered. My pizza was so warm I had to wait until it cooled off. Cooked to perfection! Fast delivery. Quality pizza. 10/10. Wish I had gotten a pic, sooo good!
Ordered delivery tonight and this is how the chicken alfredo showed up. It’s about 25% full. When I called to inform them, I was offered that they would make it again and deliver another one. A nice gesture, but not the point. What part of the quality checker meter does this fall under? What a joke. Was asked if I wanted a credit for a future order. Still not the point. Maybe a refund for this item? Nope, not offered. Lots of alternatives out there. They need to stop saying someone is checking their stuff for quality. Obviously not happening. Manager in charge tonight needed to refund up front and not act like it’s out of the ordinary to do so. Wonder how she would feel if this was her dinner and also after tipping the delivery guy (not his fault, but still annoying).
Tonight marks the last time I order from this location. Double cheese pizza is not 2x, it’s regular cheese, it’s burned and whoever cut it was either in a huge rush or blind and shouldn’t be cutting pizza. They have short changed us on extra cheese for years and I’m fed up. I spent 11 years at Pizza Hut and I know the scam. When I order extra cheese from other dominos locations it’s LOADED with cheese. Half the time our order is wrong or toppings look like someone threw them on from across the make table. I only order from them because we’re in their delivery zone but I’d rather order from somewhere else or drive to another location for pickup. I’m done with them.
Driver was professional and in a great mood! It’s nice to see someone who delivers great customer service and has a servant leadership attitude! 5/5 made up for the pizza being a bit late!
