Very good customer service!! I ordered delivery right at 10pm and the employee was very polite and courteous. The delivery driver was also super friendly and went above and beyond. I seen a few of the reviews for this location but I cannot agree with them at all. The food was great and the employees were pleasant! I Highly recommend this location!! We have been ordering from this dominos for years. Last year we stopped because the wait times were not reliable and it took over an hour to get our pizza. We were busy this evening and so decided to see if things had gotten better so we ordered. The tracker gave a time estimate at 20-25 minutes. Great! Over a half hour went by and it still said prep. My husband went to pick up thinking something was wrong with the tracker. He got there, was told it hadn’t even been started yet and waited another 20 minutes before it finally said “in the oven”. Our kids are hungry, it’s dinner time. We ordered early thinking there would be no problem. We’re done! From now on we’ll order from one of the local businesses. They are quicker and much better at customer service.

I changed this chain store score from a 3 to a 4. Thats about the best I can give for any chain. I was going to give a rating of 2 in the beginning but they've been there so long, I hated to. And so, since the owner seems to be paying attention and the mistakes made weren't worth spoiling our relationship, lol, I won't express what ended up being just a couple bad trips in a row. And to top it off, I hadn't been there in some time, so... lets just say that I was starting to see why. But I hung in there, ordered a few more times, and I ordered the best pizza I've had in a while tonight. Thanks! I’m reading all the complaints people are posting and feel I should point something out. It’s Dominos, not the Ritz Carlton or Tavern on the Green. Every problem mentioned revolves around the internet or problems on a really busy night. The people that work there are absolute soldiers. The orders NEVER stop coming and this seems to be the time people want to get upset like these folks have anything to do with it. It’s not a mom and pop shop, it’s corporate and they change settings and notifications without telling them. It’s an app people, not a freaking oracle. Try to understand that you aren’t special and you won’t get anywhere berating the employees. If this is what you have to complain about, get a hobby, nobody is interested in how upset you are that your order is delayed on a busy night. Learn to cook if it’s such a problem. Ordered two pizzas from here one with jalapeños and one without. We got both pizzas and the one without jalapeño was for someone who is very sensitive to spicy food. The pizza had bits of jalapeño on it and had jalapeño juice on it. They obviously put it on pizza but instead of starting over they just took them off. I work in the food industry and know that if you put any item that’s not on the pizza you have to start over. Last time I was in there I could see the workers were not using gloves when putting ingredients on it and didn’t see any wash their hands. I think this place has an absolute minimum of following health and safety guidelines. I do not recommend anyone who wants to eat safe clean food should eat here. The food is good, however when I just called to place an order, the girl on the other end sounded short and very angry. She really didn't seem to want to answer my questions or even just be on the phone. I'm not used to ordering online, which is one reason why I called. When I called, I was polite, saying hello and that I had a couple of questions about ordering.. Another reason why I called was because of my eyesight, I had trouble seeing what the costs were in the online menu. I know that the Holidays were bad for some. They were terrible for me and in part because of cold and mean people. I usually don't make a deal out of people who are harsh, however I am tired of dealing with it. I might not be able to deal with this Domino's for a while. Too afraid to. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Hi I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, it got here late and the pizza was cool to the touch. The driver map told us he was 1 minute out and he drove by us. When I called they said he was going to topsham first. Anyway we refused the pizza due to being not correct. That means my friend and I will go the whole day without food. I would like to share my experience. I placed an online order at approximately 6:30, Friday September 22. My birthday. The order tracker said that my order would take 45 minutes to an hr. No problem. Around 7:45 I check the Domino's tracker app and found that my pizza was still in the "prep" phase. So, I called Domino's to make sure everything was still in process and to ask about the time frame. The girl that answered the phone, said that their system had went down and the tracker was not reliable. She told me that they were just starting my order and it would be about 45 minutes to an hr. I told her that the tracker gave me a 45min to an hr approximation as well and that it had already been well over an hr. She said that the app couldn't be trusted and there was nothing she could do about it. I thanked her for her time and I asked her , "to whom am I speaking ?" She said, I am the manager. So I asked aagin, what is your name?" She said she doesn't tell customers her name. I said, well, I can always call tomorrow and ask for who the manager was, the night before. She said, "there are a lot of managers here, so how will they know?" I told her, that I too am a Supervisor and that Supervisors are supposed to give their names. She then hung up on me. I got in my car, drove to Domino's, canceled the 72.00 pizza order and I asked to speak with a manager. The girl I spoke to in the store was named Abby. Abby claimed it wasn't her. This was the single most unprofessional experience with a Domino's, that I have ever had. Customer service is dead. This store needs serious training. The managers do not understand what their job is. I have never had a manager hang up on me after they messed up. The person on the other line was very condescending and unprofessional. That was my experience. I hope your is better. And I hope that corporate will invest in training for their managers. To be honest, I wouldn't want to order from that store again.

ordered 2 pizzas online. when we got there they asked if we were for pick up.. gave them my last name, they answered back with my first name.. was noting to my partner how amazing it was to be able to order online effortlessly when we discovered they had not even begun to make the pizzas!!! (we had taken about 20 mins to get there.) they made some lame excuse about being busy and computer issues yet we were obviously IN THE COMPUTER. The cashier says it will be 30 mins. So to kill time we went to near by grocery store for some drinks. got back about 20 min later to find out pizzas sitting on the counter getting cold. SO waited extra time for cold pizza. There is simply NO EXCUSE for this except employees who just work there and do NOT care whatsoever about service or their customers. The only redeeming value was the pizza was pretty good.
