12/18/23-They still have not returned my money. Why would I want another pizza? You didn’t fix it correctly the first time. I rather eat or drink poison. Your company is worst than your food. Why are they burned? Crispy is one thing. Burned and dry is another. After one week, this situation has not been resolved. You lied, made excuses, and ignored this situation. Off to the BBB I go. I came here to pickup my mobile app order for dinner around 5:30. I ordered a large 3-topping pizza, dipping sauce and a 2-liter. I arrived earlier than expected so I only waited for a few minutes. They were expecting me and had everything else ready. Once my pizza came out from the oven, they quickly sliced it and boxed for take-away. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The place looks fairly new inside and outside. There are seats inside to sit while you wait for your order. There is plenty of parking outside. The food is what you'd expect from other Domino's. The pepperoni bread was very dry, and the 1 tiny cup of marinara sauce was not enough for even half. I had to fix some ketchup with some spices, but it wasn't the same. I will not order that again. So Domino’s has this thing on their online ordering where they have like a two minute timer to bring your pizza or whatever out to your car for curbside pick up they stop the timer add a minute 37 seconds and then it was another six minutes before they actually brought our pizza out. So I went and talk to them about it and they said oh there’s nothing we can do. That’s a corporate thing. I said it automatically send you an email if it’s over two minutes. But when you stop it early and not bring it out how are you supposed to get the email? Foods almost always good. However, they are not exactly consistent. Today though, after picking up food got home and opened up the box with the pasta, and there was no lid on the pasta.

I didn't order anything from this location, but I wanted to make a review for Logan, the delivery driver. He had delivered to the hotel property I'm staying at tonight. I overheard an altercation that happened through my door. I will not get into the details due to keeping things private with the hotel and the aggressor. He tried to de-escalate things, made sure others were safe, and stuck around as a loyal citizen.

I can't enjoy pizza without a good amount of pizza sauce. I ordered 2 large 5 topping pizzas with extra sauce. I was charged the extra as an additional topping, no problem with that, but if I pay for the extra marinera I expect it. NOT THE CHEESE BREAD WITH A TOUCH OF PIZZA SAUCE!
