I’ve always appreciated the price and speed of ordering here on a lazy night, I still do. However, the last two times we’ve ordered (Brooklyn Style) it has been different and not in a good way. This type of pizza does have a thinner type crust to make it “foldable”, but recently it’s been so thin and greasy in the middle that you can’t even pick a slice up. Not sure what they changed, but if it doesn’t improve I’ll just figure out another takeout option for lazy dinner nights.

The people at this place should get some nice raises or bonuses! I have delivery from here 4-5 times a month and it is always on point! The delivery drivers are awesome! Very friendly people! I honestly don’t know anyone in this store so this is from the heart. The manager can check the validity of my review by checking my name against the app orders. You have a great team of people! Didn't see many good reviews, but we gave it a whirl. Everyone was friendly enough, and I think the pictures speak for themselves. This is on par with most other dominos, really can't say anything bad. Was it the best pizza ever? Of course not, but for dominos it was exactly what it should be. I saw reviews talking about customer support lines? No idea what that has to do with the store, but the pizza was made fast, accurate (besides a small accidental pepper on the pepperoni) and it was fresh. Overall, really can't complain. Thanks!

My husband went in to pick up our order of two pizzas and two orders of lava cake. When he got there he gave my name and he was handed one pizza. He told them that we had ordered two pizzas and two orders of lava cake. The guy in the front insisted that we only had one pizza since they said that I had personally called in to cancel the rest of the order but that one pizza. No such thing happened, I never called. Then another girl jumped in and the two of them insisted that I had called and that he take home the wrong order, one pizza for 40-something bucks. These two were visibly upset that he wouldn’t accept what they said and gave him attitude. That’s unacceptable, how can you be wrong and then give the customer attitude? That was mind-blowing. Did an online order and payed for extra toppings, but didnt get any of the toppings i ordered. I Called and they agreed to send another pizza, but weren't inthused about it (as expected). So I wasn't to worried till the driver arrived with a full blown attitude even though I apologized for the inconvenience. I was not rude even once, because you don't mess with the handler of your food and now I'm sitting here debating on eating my food, because of how mad they were about having to fix my order. Worst cheesesteaks ever. Paid $6 a sandwhich for bread, 2 slices of bunt cheese and 2 slivers of meat on each. You should be ashamed of yourselves. My fault for not checking before leaving the parking lot but my family got this on the way home from a very busy day and couldn't even eat it when we got home... had to make peanut butter and jelly because this was so disgusting. Would love someone from higher up to see this.

Wow. Talking about the worst customer service experience in my pizza history here... I stand at counter for about 2 - 5 min while the entire staff just went about their business as if I wasn't even there. Then finally a young lady a finally walks up, gets my name, no apologies for the wait, no 'thanks for waiting, how can help you?' hands me my pizza very unenthusiastically, and when I ask for some ranch, "you have to pay for that." I ask "even though you were ignoring me standing there for so long" she responds, "yeah, we're busy." Talking about an epic bomb of customer service. I'm done getting my pizza here after this terrible experience. I'll make the extra drive to papa John's from now on. Have been ordering from this place for years and years without any issues but for the past few months they have not been any where close to how they use to be. Have ordered extra cheese and or a topping and don't get it or very very little of it. Ordered bacon for a large pizza and counted 4 pieces of bacon on the whole pizza. Garlic parmesan bites are next to tasteless and were all stuck together. Might be time to order from a different Domino's and just have to drive a few more miles. Very disappointing .

Quality check is a joke here. Customer service is as well. Food is still decent and worth the cost. But best to stay away from this store. Update: Their short text stating they read the comment and is giving you something free. Had to ask for an apology.
