Came to this location and got a sausage and gravy bowl and some chicken tenders. Leave there and get back to work which is about 20 minutes away. I was half in the gravy bowl when i noticed that something black was on my fork, so i looked closer and it was a DEAD WASP in my food. I called and let the manager know what was going on and he had me come back up there and when i arrived to show him he looked at me and was like we have closed lids on all our food and i was like well I didn't put it in there and then he said well i don't know how it happen but I can give you your money back on the gravy biscuit. I felt like i should have gotten all my money back seeing that i could have swallowed this bug. Called and left a message with the corporate office and still 3 days later no return call. Never going there again they do not care at all and give you a number to file a complaint and no one ever calls you back. Literally some of the best people I’ve ever met! It was thanksgiving, i forgot my wallet so I had no way to access money. I was unable to use Apple Pay because the banks are closed. The manager paid $10 in gas for me. He was amazing and his kindness will definitely be passed on!!! Thank you so much!!!! There are still really good people out there!!! Meal type Other

tl;dr employees are awesome and deserve better pay and a better quality product to sell; food quality at the corporate purchasing level is so mismanaged that the price isn't worth it even in the least. You can get better and cheaper from Sonic or the QuikTrip down the road now. The service and the employees are among the best. Friendly, courteous, prompt. They are doing their job without question. Place is clean and always well stocked. If you want to go here to support good workers, do that. The food used to be good too. Quality has taken a nose dive, and that is because of the products ordered not because of the preparation. The hash brown sticks, for one, are entirely too large individually to ever actually cook all the way through without burning on the outside. The potato flakes inside will always be underdone. The same is true of most.of the potato wedges. I appreciate the larger sizes for the price, but there's a point where the value becomes outweighed by the lack of quality and price. The chicken tenders are so much smaller than the used to be though the price has gone up. I can't speak on every menu item as I haven't tried all of them, but whatever the old products were need to be brought back and the hash brown sticks need to go back to the drawing board. Stopping here and getting breakfast is just part of my daily routine. Everyone speaks and has a smile. Bre, Kelly, & Chris always make me laugh. I look forward to seeing them each day and miss them when they are off. The rest of the staff is always top notch as well and most everyone is shocked if I don’t get my usual. I’m not sure but I think they secretly call shots on what I’m getting when I walk through the door. Sometimes I switch up just to keep them on their toes. The Food is great. But my favorite part of coming here is the people. A southern biscuits fill the belly, but the great people warm your soul.
