It's definitely a locals hangout. But they are welcoming to outsiders. Service was great. And they have food specials almost every day. Totally worth a stop if on the area. I would give them more stars for the food but It says they close at 2, I called for a garbage plate for midnight and the rude person on the phone said they close at 11 and the kitchen closes at 10 really ?? if you close at 11 then change the time schedule.
