This store is great. Been shopping here for Decades. The employees are friendly, helpful, and always say hi to my handicapped brother. Only thing is, they always seem to be shorthanded. I'd like to see these hard working people, get more help.
Dillons sushi is delicious in case you've ever wondered!
Pharmacy staff would not sell me insulin syringes. These are an over-the-counter item, but they made a cold, unprofessional decision to not sell them to me. My diabetic wife and I were visiting town, and she had left her diabetic supplies at home. This horrible service really put us in a bind, and jeopardized my wife's health. I understand that they likely think people buying syringes are drug users, but they should not treat people poorly that really need medical items that are crucial to their health. We are also sending a complaint to the Kansas Board of Pharmacy.

I've always preferred the Dillons on 29th. My last online order for store pick up was a mess. They gave my food to a random person that was not authorized to pick up my food. So I had to come back the next day to get my order. Which I understand things happen, not really sure how that happens but ok. I also live out of town so it was big inconvenience. Then once I realized I didn't get all my food. I called to let them know. The guy on the phone tried to make me sound like I didn't know what I was talking about and I had to have gotten all the food. Then tells me to come by and just ask for him. I had asked just for a refund or the food. But after trying to plan a third time going out of my way. I just couldn't make it back. With feeling like I was being talked to like I was wrong after they messed up. I just gave up. So I paid for food I didn't get just because they messed up.

Shopping and finding items was fine it wasnt till we got to checkout when we had an issue with an employee staring us down the whole time because of our large cart and then tried implying that we didnt check some of the larger items after watching us scan them
No French onion crisps. Sucks! Green bean casserole won't be the same this year? 🫤 .... But other than that it's a great place.
Typical Dillons. Had what I needed and good meat sales.

Lunch - dirty tables, no one cleaning up the whole time we were there. We wiped off our own table. Two drink dispensers out of order. Food--Chinese & chicken dinners below average. Two different drinks tasted watered down. Disappointing.

Prices going up, 4th of July tomorrow you have only 2 cashiers!!! Under half self check out stations open if that. People waiting long enough their ice cream is melting in line. Should be giving discounts for time spent in lines...Its like this non holidays too...hire more staff PLEASE

Sale advertisements and product prices are often different. Their digital coupons are difficult to use and make me confused. But the working staff are always friendly.
