The tripes had dirt like texture, hopefully they cleaned them right. The menudo has no flavor just coloring, not even the pork inside it taste good. They have 4 people working in it and no one tasted the food. Turn off your music, don't sing out loud if you aren't gonna pay attention to cooking.
