Detroit Wing Company catered my facility staff holiday party! They knocked it out of the park for us. Heather, the store manager was very accommodating and helpful! She even delivered the food to us, which was more helpful than she’ll ever know! I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience! The food was so good too! Family Fun Adventures

First time here, food was good. I got boneless wings with whiskey bbq and mac, hubby got wings with teriyaki and fries with fry sauce. Negatives are no tables, no drink included with combo, and small portions. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Wings were great! I also ordered cheese sticks but they were cooked to long and had no cheese left in them and were swimming in grease in the bottom of the container. The fryer oil that was dripping off the cheese stix looked like it needed to be changed it was so dark so maybe that is why they got over cooked and had no cheese left in them because the oil needed changed out and the cook couldn’t tell when they were done! Picked up wings on a Friday night, first night of operation, 11/05/21. Didn’t know this establishment was even open on the night that I ordered and was thoroughly satisfied with the variety of wing sauces. Firecracker had a steady building heat with flavor and the Carolina Gold was a creamy sauce that delivered solid flavor. The side of cornbread was also slightly sweet but moist and full of texture and the coleslaw had a sweet tangy edge to it. Oreo cheesecake for desert that looks homemade and taste like it’s from mom’s kitchen. Update: 11/06/21, being the second day of operation and seemed much busier than the night before and received the incorrect order at pickup. I mistakenly ordered boneless wings instead of traditional, which definitely left something to be desired even with the extra sauce option. Will definitely give them another chance in the future. Update: 11/07/21, day three and the approaching dinner hour was calm. Got the traditional wings again and they knocked it out of the park!! Firecracker and Carolina Gold were as solid as day 1, Sweet Heat has a zesty punch that fires the lips up and the Chipotle BBQ had a nice smoky heat that lingered in the mouth, extra sauce is a must! I Ordered seasoned tots and when I got them, they had no seasoning on them. When I brought it to the staffs attention she stated that I didn't ask for any seasoning. Now if I say I want an order of the seasoned tots as it says on the menu, (No indication to say you have to pick a seasoning) would you not then ask what flavor or at least have a basic flavor if the customer doesn't say. Very misleading here. The rest of the food was not all the great either. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Excellent wings and fries! Go between 3-5 PM to get their happy hour price off of the boneless wings (40%) Their large fries were more than enough for two people. The Cajun rub was excellent - better than 5 Guys! The boneless wings were big. Much better of a meal than Bdubs - We tried garlic parmesan, honey BBQ, firecracker and creole parmesan. The two stand outs were garlic parmesan (again, better than bdubs) and the firecracker sauce (think Panda Express sweet fire, but spicy) Traverse City definitely needed a wing joint. Will be eating again!

Today was the day I decided to give Detroit Wing Company a go. Why did I wait so long? Seriously, this is what food SHOULD taste like! I enjoyed the Asian Orange wings with Fries. I will definitely be back again and again! It was truly a pleasure to experience the flavors and tantalize my tastebuds with this terrific meal! Thank you!!
