I will not be returning to this Denny's anymore..The night service is awful and my burger wasn't cooking fully..The waiter took my plate which had my burger and fries to have it remade I only got a burger back in my to go box..My daughter found hair in her chicken as well..I paid $101 for food that we chose not to eat and left sitting on the table This isn't the first time this has happened Also I suggest hair nets for those that r cooking the food..They claim to not know how the hair was in the food but when I got to the counter to pay there stands a lady with part of her hair down and no hair net leaning over food..This place has become absolutely garbage over the last few months..we have given chance after chance to this place because they claimed to b "Bettering their service" If I could rate a 0 I would definitely do that Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Had a door dash order. My husband ordered a steak and it was too tough to eat. Called Dennys and the manager said "there is nothing I can do about it" in customer service you must make it right for the customer. I know bc I have done it. Never eat here ever again! Amazing service, waitress ( Jennifer) Delicious food. Clean. Friendly atmosphere. We were treated well with our service dog. We live in Springfield Mo but drove here after bad experience at MamasPlace in Seneca Mo. Will definitely be here again as we are regulars at Indigo sky casino. Thank you. Passing through and decided to stop for a bite. Only 2 servers and the place was pretty busy. Our server, Jennifer, was the definition of what is lacking in this country: hard work, hustling, respectful and smiling, despite the stress upon her shoulders. She didn’t make excuses or complain; rather, she was proud to be working hard to provide for her family while she’s finishing her degree. My wife and I were so impressed. Having the impeccable service Jennifer provided made the experience. Great job, Jennifer! About 25 family members went to Denny’s in Neosho following a funeral for my wife’s sister. Meredith was our server, she did an excellent job taking care of all of us. She was fast, efficient and friendly. The kitchen did a great job getting our orders out quickly and correctly with no mistakes. Thank you for taking such great care of us!! One of my favorite places to eat. Jennifer was an awesome waitress and the food was hot and delicious. Jennifer was very friendly and quick to refill drinks. I was surprised how quickly we were seated since there was five of us and they were pretty busy. Jennifer was at our table taking our drink order in less than 30 seconds and the food was out very quickly. I love the laid back atmosphere of Denny's and I will definately be back. Our waitress Jennifer was awesome! I had a Philly cheese steak omelet and subbed fruit instead of potatoes. That was the prettiest and most generous fruit plate ever! After struggling for years the Neosho Dennys is worth trying out again. Consistently open 24 hrs a day now. Sam greeted me as I entered the well lit and clean location. I later found out he was the manager and I appreciate him taking time out of his duties to make me feel welcome. I suspect he may be the reason this location has become one of the best Denny’s in this area! Food was fresh, delicious and came out quickly. My waitress was Angelia who made me feel like I was the only table she had this morning. She addressed any issues quickly and effectively and had several suggestions on the menu I was happy i went with. And although I was not one of her tables another waitress, i believe was named Jennifer checked on me also. I pass several towns and dining choices, even another Denny’s to stop at this one. Neosho is lucky to have a clean comfortable restaurant of this caliber. Stop in and let them take care of you! Kailee was our waitress and she was FABULOUS!! Kept our drinks full and checked on our food and if we needed anything!! My salmon was great!! Nice size, cooked wonderful, and the new vegetable medley was right up my alley!! Zucchini, squash, broccoli, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes sauteed ohh yum!!
