The worst! 10 minutes wait to get my name on a paper bag. Ordered coffee and they were out of apple juice but okay. After we got our coffee, we waited about 20 minutes for the same person hosting, waiting, cashing out, to take our order. 36 minutes later, we got our incomplete order which consisted of a sad looking NON-SIZZLING santa fe skillet which was 98% burnt! Our wheat pancakes looked like scraps put together in a form of “pancakes”. We waited another 15 minutes for our toddler’s pancakes and they were also very depressing to look at. We were never asked if we were doing well or if we needed a refill. Floors here are filthy and these clog sandals and random hoodies should not be employee uniform. Stopped by around 10:30pm, and i just want to say the team work I saw was amazing. I witnessed who I assume was the cook leave while people were waiting for food to be cooked after I overheard my server ask him if he would stay and help out. At that point I watched the manager run to the kitchen to cook all of the food, who did amazing by the way. The way this team handled the situation and how fast the restaurant filled up was incredible. Late night crew presented adequate team work. My server Nahum did a great job as well as the other server that was running around. I’m not sure what her name was but she was killing it. Strong team, loved what I saw, will definitely be back. Quick stop for a late night meal. My server Nahum was awesome. Food was great. The manager was very attentive to the customers. The girl server was so polite while checking us out. We went to Denny's this morning and it was a pleasant experience. The hostess was open to our request for seating, giving us several choices. Our waiter Devon, was the best that I have ever had at Denny's! He was polite, attentive, quick to serve, wearing a great smile and positive attitude! Many waiters could learn customer service from this man. It was indeed a refreshing pleasure to be served by him! Keep up the good work, Devon! I can tell the new night shift has done a 360 on the service here. Better waitstaff, cook, and management! I didn’t have to wait for refills and my food was brought to me as soon as it was ready (instead of sitting in the window waiting for a server to bring it to me like previously). The flavored iced coffee I was served was amazing! Everyone had a name tag as well, which I have never seen in the past. So professional! I will be coming back. We came here late at night with a party of 20 and they were so accommodating, pulling multiple tables together on short notice. Came into Dennys for a late night meal a little before 3am. Was seated quickly & taken care of by the manager Courtney. She was awesome & kind! The cook did great, the food was good & warm. My food was late and cold. The manager was very rude and I overheard her being disrespectful to the staff. Very unprofessional and bad vibes. I would like to go to a restaurant where I feel like if the staff is being treated like they are people then the customers will be treated the same. I also overheard that the manager is prejudice towards certain staff members and watching the atmosphere it seems that it could be true seeing as I come in on regular occasions and it's pretty much the same staff in the morning. There should be a level of respect and professionalism when confronting staff not as if they are nobody. It makes for a bad environment when customers can hear things like this. The staff is great and I never have had an issue with any server. I don't understand why they would be treated this way when they truly go above and beyond for all customers. Once or twice a week I stop in at this Denny’s for breakfast, and it is always enjoyable. The food is fairly standard breakfast fare (bacon and eggs, pancakes, etc.), but it is always good. Furthermore, the service I receive from the two morning waitresses—Carla and Linda—is always outstanding. There is never a wait on just about anything, and the atmosphere is very relaxing!
