Love the cosiness of the place and seem to have lots of return customers. It has a big selection of different combination of pasta and pizza, essentially any pasta can be made with any sauce. The portion was very generous. I tried the ceasar salad and it was good. The dressing is more garlicky than other places, but still good. The pasta was spinach pappardelle bolognese made with ground turkey. I also had side of sautéed spinach and meat ball. This restaurant is really great for carry-out. The space inside can seat you but it is sort of small. The food has always been really great every time I've ordered here. What a Gem! I felt so cared for. I stopped in to order food to go. The young lady there made me feel as though I came into her living room and made me feel at home. She gave me a drink and served me bread while I waited. She didn't have to do that at all. Its the little things that make such a difference. By the way my food was delicious. We’ve bought from Dave’s twice now. The sauce that they use on their pizzas is SO good!!! There’s a bit of a kick, but it balances well with the crust and toppings. The eggplant extravaganza is also a great entree, my wife and son loved it! The second time we also got lasagna and the pumpkin bisque - both highly recommended! The food at Dave's Italian kitchen is always delicious. The spaghetti Carbonara is my go-to, but the Calzones are also very good. I am more of a to go person, but the smaller location they moved to looks okay, plain and minimal but cozy. Dave’s new kitchen is a small cozy place, with delicious food! The server was very likable and helpful. Took his suggestion and ordered the ravioli with Rose sauce: amazing taste! Definitely recommend this sauce with whatever you’d like to eat. The bread was fresh! Nice wine. The food came out very fast! Be careful as this small restaurant so close to the campus may get filled quickly in busy hours.

This restaurant looks very nice from outside but the service and the food are both horrible. I waited one hour to get two pizzas and there were only 4 other people in the restaurant. The pizzas were disgusting(arguably the worst pizza I’ve ever had). They were oily, way too much cheese, the cheese was falling off, the sauce tasted horrible, the pepperoni tasted like plastic and I want to throw up right now. This pizza really made me sick and no matter what, do not go to this restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
