I went threw the drive threw to order and had to wait a few minutes before someone answered when they did and i told them what i wanted it seemed as though they didn’t take it down so had to ask hello are you there..,??? after that i went to pay for my order and they had me waiting another 5 minutes to take my money… after they took it i waited 10minutes at window just to receive my food… I thought this experience was very unprofessional and hope this place aint always like this… Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

They don’t answer phone when open witch I feel as if the should because genuinely when there open the should be able to pick up the phone.Also they are always being stand off ish and being rude. I feel as if they get paid to do there job and they should be friendly and should have good customer service. When I pay for my order I also expect them to get it right and not to be rude when I try to correct it. Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went in during a really slow time and a girl named "Esperanza" took my order. After she took it she disappeared into the back. I waited for my ice cream to be made but because she just left it took 15 minutes for my blizzards to be made. It was quite a bit of ice cream but I didn't expect it to take that long. I was here for a blizzard because my son wanted one because it’s so hot outside, as I was driving my son were yelling mommy mommy so I stop on side of the road and see his ice cream have a hair inside, I called the store and tell them what happen and this manager that’s in charge she offer for me to come back to get a new one, so I told her I’d prefer refund instead because you know you’ll never know what’s gonna be inside the next time, she told me she’s gonna call the owner to see if that’s okay, then she called me back she said the only way she can remake me a new one or refund is when I bring the blizzard back so I explain it to her I’M ALL THE WAY IN FOUNTAIN and the blizzare is already in the trash MELTED! How do you expect me to bring back the ice cream back?! So they said they can’t do anything about it! THERE CUSTOMEE SERVICE IS THE WORST, THEIR WORKERS ARE SO RUDE!!

Food is ok. Sewer smell as soon as you come through the door. Spoke to Management, they said owner has been notified several times in the past year or more, and is fully aware, yet blatantly refuses to fix the sewer issues. Management also stated the local Health Department has been made aware several times, yet has done nothing. Those poor employees that have to breathe sewer gas for 8 hours at a time, not to mention how big of a turn off it is to come in for food, only to be smacked in the face with unmistakable & overwhelming smell of raw sewer. I had to pull into space to wait for food. No problem. I waited 10 minutes for my food. I drove off and realized 10 minutes down the road my food was cold. I was was so mad. Why did I wait that long for cold food. The girl at the window was polite and cheerful as was the one that delivered my food. I wouldn't recommend this Dairy Queen to anyone. I waited forever for my food and they completely forgot to bring it to me. When I went in to get my food, there was no hello welcome to Diary Queen how may I help you it was a clerk that walked up to the pos system and didn't say anything to me. I told her I had been waiting 10 minutes for my drive-thru order which had been sitting in the window. She asked the other 3 crew members, none of which were working, who was supposed to take the order outside. No apologies no anything they handed me the container of food and said I guess this is yours goodbye. It was ridiculous and I have no desire to return to this store.
