I saw an employee put my hamburger in the microwave and take it out. It's not grill and chill here it's microwave and chill with chef MIC.. I was told by the employee that it's called "Boosting" and that "Everyone " does it. These fast food workers are making 16 ,18 20$ bucks and an hour, and they are too lazy to put a fresh hamburger on the grill to sell and serve. It's crazy no integrity here. This is my second visit, and I won't be back, but I'll do my best to inform people when it comes to spending their hard earned money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went through the drive thru for a couple of banana splits, and 2 cheeseburgers. My husband politely asked for fresh burgers. We waited, for what we thought would be fresh burgers....they were not. They parked us just to come out with old burgers. I know they weren't fresh, because they didn't even feel very hot, and the cheese wasn't melted. He didn't even eat the burgers. This is always our preferred Dairy Queen location, eaten here many times and have always enjoyed. I wanted to write a review because of the love and support Dairy Queen on State Ave showed my daughter and her drama castmates at their middle school by making some very kind donations to our add to our prize baskets for their school Bi-annual school play. I received many NOs today and Dairy Queen on State Ave was one of the few yes responses I received. Amanda was so gracious, and kind and the Drama team and I are truly thankful. I had a delightful visit to Dairy Queen recently. The service was fast and friendly, and the menu offered a wide variety of ice cream treats and fast-food options. I opted for a classic Blizzard, and it was perfectly blended and delicious. The atmosphere was clean and family-friendly, making it a great place for a quick treat with friends or family. This may be my favorite Dairy Queen if I could get hot fudge inside my hot fudge shake! Please add hot fudge inside the shake, not chocolate syrup, when requested! We ordered flame-broiled hamburgers that were surprisingly tasty! We also indulged in hot fudge sundaes and strawberry sundaes with DQ sprinkles! Customer service was a little slow but worth the wait! It’s just food and its quality compared to other fast food chains in the Marysville area. DQ has been my “fast food choice.”

Where is the adult? The one who is responsible for these children who have no clue! Didn't butter the toast. Gave the wrong blizzard to a customer. Customer started eating it and a staff member said nothing, but approached the customer and ripped it out of their hand and took it behind the couter....I pray she threw it away! Seriously! today 07/19/2023 has been the best burger in a very long time. We dined in 3 adults, 4 children (2,4,8,9) total order came to over $75.00. We wrote down the order as to keep everything together. 1st issue- took OVER 30 minutes to get all of our food. Even after all this time, they still got the order wrong. We had 2 changes- one burger plain, 1 add Lettuce & tomato. After bringing the 2 up, showing our receipt, we never did get the correct burgers! After asking for the manager, I requested a partial refund, to their credit, gave a full refund.
