On 9/10/23 we went the the lobby to order and the door was locked. Even though the sign says open until 8PM. We were there at 750PM. We were told to sue the drive thru. We had no choice, but this is cumbersome with 6 people. We were treated rudely at the drive thru and of course the order was wrong. The Customer service was horrible 3 kids working there were laughing and carrying on when we walked in, very unprofessional, and they carried on the whole time we were eating, the cake supply case was so loud making an awful noise, which was very disturbing while we were eating. The bun was hard and cold on my fish sandwich and it had almost no tartar sauce on it. The food was horrible. The Dairy Queen fast food restaurant here in Cave Junction is a good place to grab a burger and a beverage! They are very conveniently located there right off of the highway. And the staff is reasonably friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself is pretty clean, and everything you'd expect from DQ. Next time you're in the area, stop on by, it will make your stomach feel much more better!

Spent $40 on 3 meals and they wouldn't give us any sauce unless we paid .65 a pack. Food was not hot, size of sandwhiches for a combo meal was a disappointment. Like... Seriously.

Absolutely awful experience with the crew messing up my order of literally just 2 of the same kind of Blizzards and the manager by the name of Molly (or Holly her tone was raised so I couldn't quite tell) was incredibly rude and unprofessional about it this is a small town with not a lot of options but I would rather eat gas station food than go back here and be treated badly because they can't make simple menu items correctly Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Still the best frozen treats around!!!! They are consistent... There regular menu choices are definitely fast food, it's only as good as the beginning product, only goes downhill from there.. Dilly Bar's and peanut Buster Parfelaits, that's Dairy Queen
