According to the guests' opinions, waiters offer perfectly cooked sundaes here. Guests don't like chicken strips and chocolate frappe at this fast food. Food delivery is a big advantage of Dairy Queen. A lot of people note that the staff is professional here. Disappointing service is something that visitors don't like at this place. Jessica is the driving force behind this restaurant. She has strong leadership skills and when she's working everything is organized and the team works as one. Staff was friendly, patient and helpful with my grandchild’s requests. Dining room was clean. Blizzard was awesome! Grandson loved his sundae. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Visited 08/16/3020 @7:00-7:30pm in the drive thru. Not too happy about paying $33 for such terrible quality customer service and food. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, it was nothing short of a chicken tender on brown, wilted lettuce on a bun harder than cardboard. Fries were very underdone, and not one person made eye contact through the whole order. Super disappointed.
Came in for a blizzard last night, I got to the bottom of my cup and there was a bite that had a disgusting taste, I spit it out but again we are at the bottom of the cup already. Spent the night violently throwing up. I'm assuming the machines aren't being cleaned as often as it's supposed to be. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 1
I’ve already contacted corporate over this issue, but figured I’d share my experience. We ordered a Reece’s Cup Blizzard Cake. As I’m sure the manager on duty knew, as I spoke to her and was threatened by her, we received an email stating the price and what our cake would look like. When we received the cake, it looked nothing like the basic DQ cake. The girl at the drive through laughed when we asked where the toppings were and said in the cake. We went through our email and realized that it is in fact supposed to look like the classic DQ cake. We went back through and tried to be nice until the manager gave attitude, though I’m sure that she would have a different story. She proceeded to tell us they’re not corporate and it was a corporate email. I later confirmed with corporate that the email is in fact accurate: it should look like the picture provided in the email, privately owned or not. When trying to get my issue solved at the store, she asked if we wanted a refund and for her to take the cake (which isn’t legal??) or to give us Reece’s after numerous times of telling me to lose the attitude while she continued to yell and give me attitude. She then proceeded, with witnesses, to say “I’m going to f*ck that b*tch up if she doesn’t lose the attitude.” I was literally threatened by a MANAGER no less. I will not be disrespected like that by someone that’s supposed to be in a professional setting. I’ve worked in customer service for years and I have never ever lashed out on someone like that over nothing. I really hope that corporate or the store manager takes action. I don’t care what her fabricated side of the story is when she tells management what happened. I know what happened and I hope action is taken like it should be.

Warning. Weekend afternoon are slacking. Never getting a chicken basket again at this time. Bread stale, fries definitely not made to order (seems like a good 30 minutes old as they were starting to get hard.) and chicken was not warm. As many staff as I saw at the window, services was lacking. They were even afforded one to just stand around. BIG DQ in my books ( as in a huge disqualification from using them as a Go0to lunch spot.) Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The sloppiest Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Was given no napkins with my ice cream cup and unbeknownst to me chocolate syrup was smothered all on the outside of the cup which caused me to not only get it all over my hands but then also my cup holder and steering wheel as I didn't realize the syrup was on the outside of the cup as well as in. Nobody cared to fix this before they decided to hand this to a drive thru customer who has to then try to drive off with syrupy hands like wth. Care at least a little. The least they could have done was wrapped some napkins around the cup before handing it to me. Try. At all. Terrible service. And overpriced for such a sloppy product.
