A little further up from busy area of Wanganui CBD, but worth checking out. Great selection of fresh food. Fair prices and quick service. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

This Cafe is one that I call cheap & cheerful. Their food is affordable, with a huge range of cold & hot cabinet food to choose from, plus a menu. I had Keto Eggs Benedict (lettuce instead of buns). The staff are very obliging and pleasant.

Have to say the asian lady that must own the place with her husband that always serves is one of the rudest people I've met in my life. No manners, acts like she hates being there and you are just a burden being a customer. Speaks so rudely and would stop going back just because of this lady. The best coffee ever. You also get a loyalty card so every sixth drink is free. If you are hungry in the morning, The Daily Grinds is the place to go for a huge heart breakfast. Also a big range of yummy cabinet foods to choose from. There is also a menu board to choose from. You can take away or sit down, with a couple of tables outside. The prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I recommend The Daily Grinds
