Honestly, I've always had a good experience with the store in the past, but the last few times I've been here, they managed to mess up my sandwich two time the same way. Literally forgot the top of the bun. If they miss something that basic, I'm not sure I can trust them to keep a clean kitchen or anything else that could put me at risk. Attention to detail. This is our favorite location. Pam is amazing and always makes sure we feel welcome. She is always pleasant and has a smile on, even when other customers may be giving her a hard time or try to ruin her day. She has even learned our names. Stellar employee and great location. The food is excellent and we typically never have any issues. All of the employees are always welcoming. If there are any issues with the food they always fix it without arguments (rare to have any mistakes, if there are it is minor like forgetting a topping). Stopped in yesterday evening for a Concrete Mixer with my husband. I had chocolate ice cream with Heath pieces and hot caramel sauce; my husband had Pecan Praline ice cream with Snickers and Reese's pieces gently folded into the ice cream. They were both super delicious and packed with the toppings we chose 😋 We took them and ate outside at the tables provided to enjoy the fresh air and nice weather. We stopped at Culver's on 16145 W bell after a long trip. Took home a double butter burger a large order of fries and a mushroom Swiss burger. The butter burger was fine, the large fries had maybe 15 fries and mushroom Swiss was a disaster. The burger looked the size of a burger cut in half and no mushrooms - none. Great food, the time we arrived it was very packed so we sat on the patio. They did not ask where we were sitting so when our food was brought out the guy rudely said couldn't find you since you don't know how to tell the counter where your sitting, we did have numbers on the table so not hard to find someone. I sent my employee to culver to get meals for everyone with a list not a lot of food very simple they did not give him food I was missing or my drink I go back to address it and let them know they said it wouldn’t take long 20mins go by I’m still waiting finally received my food it was a burger not my buffalo tenders or drink like I stated another 10mins go by and still not food 5 mins go by I finally received my meal but it was still wrong regular tenders the lady hands me a hot sauce to call it a day mind you I left my employees to come and receive my food which I was told on the phone I can come get for it to take so long and receive the wrong order 3 times is crazy to me I’m a general manager myself I understand it gets busy but to mess it up 3times and you jus sit there and not say nothing while the guy who I spoke to try his best to make up for it is even crazier my whole experience was atrocious I will not be back Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

A friend recommended that we try Culver's for their hamburgers. It's fast food style eating, but they were very tasty. Service was very good and we would definitely go back. We tried just a very simple hamburger and fries. There looked to be some other items on the menu we would try next time! Food was great. The young lady who took my order acted like she'd rather be somewhere else. Not even a greeting or "have a nice evening." The restaurant was extremely cold and it was about 60 degrees outside so no reason to be that cold. We heard several customers complain and many went out to their cars to get heavy jackets.
