We came with a group to celebrate an achievement. It was late but we respected closing time. The service was friendly and fast. Something’s they were out of and didn’t tell us until bringing food, but they quickly made it right. Even took time to ask if we wanted to refill sodas before they cleaned that area as it was near closing time. 1st time trying Culver's. Stopped to pick up lunch for us on a Friday around noon. We got a spicy chicken sandwich, a single buttercheeseburger, tenders, fries, & cheese curds, with drinks. The food was really good. It was still hot when I got home. The fries were crispy, & the cheese curds were WAY better than what we've gotten at local sitdown restaurants in SF. The spicy chicken wasn't very spicy, but I'm from TX, so that may play into why I think that. Nothing in SD is as spicy as there. It would be awesome if they'd make a spicy grilled chicken! The main reason for the 4 stars was that they had a line almost out the door when I arrived because they only had 1 register open...at lunch. It seemed like there were a ton of regulars there because the woman working the register knew almost everyone by name & their orders before they said them. That was impressive. Then, getting the food took a while. I'm assuming they don't make anything until you get there, so the longer time makes sense. Not sure if the kitchen was understaffed, but there were women literally running outside every few seconds to get food to the drive through line customers. That line was also really long. Fries were good as usual. The burger, over done so that the edge of the burger patties are hard. And I have dollar bills in my wallet thicker than these patties. You generally do pretty good, but tonight was a big disappointment. Wouldn't be so frustrating, but when a person gets just an "I'm sorry", don't quite cut it. I've already had you say you were gonna send a coupon for a previous screw up other than this one and still waiting on that coupon. FRUSTRATING! Food: 2 Service: 5

One of the worst and slowest Culver’s I’ve been to. Takes 20+ minutes to get one meal, and if you go inside all of the kids working are just joking around the entire time instead of getting people’s food out. All of the other locations in Sioux Falls and the Midwest I’ve been to are fantastic. The poor managers or adults working always look so frantic and like they receive no help. Tried to go to Panda Express who’s close time is after Culver’s and they said they were closed already(this was before 10pm when their close time says 10:30). But Culver’s was running slightly after close still and we got amazing service and food! We hadn’t gone here first due to the close time being listed earlier than Panda Express but we were happily surprised that they were still open.

Typically I like this place. This trip was horrible. My "burger" consisted of some crispy stuff, but no burger. I brought it up to the staff and they said... oh that's how it's supposed to be... hum? Never has been before. I can't see laying down $40 for 5 people to eat a crunchy something sandwich.

Easy to spot. Plenty of parking. Easy to place order and received hot food fast. Dining area as well as bathrooms were clean. Employees were pleasant and attentive.
