I ordered a salted caramel pumpkin concrete mixer. It was full of salted caramel and good pumpkin flavor, however the consistency was more watery than other locations. As well as it wasn't filled to the top. The staff were all friendly and took care of me. There is a small patio, only three tables. So on a busy nice weather day they went fast. A nice Culvers in Clarkston MI. We were on our way home from a weekend trip and wanted ICe Cream and the local Dairy Dream was closed for the season. Luckily for us and for Culvers' bottom line, they are open all year. We had some custard with some stuff mixed in, their version of the blizzard / flurry. As always good stuff. Love it, maybe the best "fast food" burger In the area. I really enjoy the fish dinner and you can never go wrong with the ice cream. Service is always great and am a returning customer after all these years. Fish dinner is another great option. I just love culvers. Staff is great and always a spot to park. The Butterburger is a family favorite for my nephews and nieces. A concrete mixer is always tasty and you can often find them making the ice cream fresh throughout the day. Decided to try the Wisconsin Melt last time we were there and it was a nice change up to have a burger on rye bread. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Tonight we placed an order and waited for it to be delivered to our car for at least 10 minutes. The whole drive in, place the order and pick up was 22 minutes. While we waited those 10 minutes my husband had to go inside to find out what happened to our order and we were told they ran out of pretzel bites and had to get more from the freezer which took so long. We got home to find that the fries were forgotten. I drove back to pick some up. Unbelievable. Our son has had his fries forgotten from the same store 3 times in a row. Something has to change. Fist time at Culver's. I was impressed with their food. The onion rings were the best I've had, and the Culver's burger was really good and flavorful. I have a 4 for the atmosphere only because the first table was dirty. Staff was friendly. I love the fish sandwich here even if I'm not supposed to eat gluten. The pretzel bites are one of my diet cheats as well with the cheese dip and I like to get a side of steamed Broccoli and put half the cheese from the pretzel bites on it. So good, the side salad is also good. If you like burgers the double mushroom burger and double cheese burger deluxe are also good choices. Last time visited was November 19, 2023 Marianne had the fish sandwich with extra lettuce. I had the pretzel bites I shared with Rudy and I ate a steamed Broccoli. The last 3 orders at Culvers drive thru, each time other cars behind me have received their food and I had to go in and request my order. The last order on 2/7/24 waited 25 minutes Twice the manager stated the charges for food would be reversed on my card due to the long wait but it never happens. Very poor service from Culvers employees and manager. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
