A great lunch spot! I ordered the Dragonslayer burger because I love a good burger with blue cheese on it and this didn't disappoint! Everyone also raves about the tri-tip steak salad, so maybe give that a try too! The restaurant was clean and the people there were kind. Best sweet potato fries I have ever had! I was afraid they looked over cooked & were going to be hard. They just the right crispy on the outside and soft & fluffy in the center. Also their fry sauce is great! We also had the chicken sandwich which was also very good! You pretty much do everything else for yourself even bus & wipe your own tables. Cubby’s is really delicious. I’ve only been a couple times and I’ve enjoyed it both times. The service is usually quick. It’s convenient because they also have a drive thru. I love the cockadoodledoo sandwich. It was filling. A great side is their Rosemary fries. I also enjoyed the lemon chicken parmesan salad. Next time I will get an extra cup of dressing. One cup of dressing wasn’t enough for me. They also have good soup. All their food tastes really fresh. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I was visiting from out of state and read Cubbys had great sweet potato fries.. I ordered the half tritip salad and SP fries. I did not think it was worth the $18 I paid. The fries tasted like they were reheated in semi hot oil- burned, really greasy, and much too salty for me. The salad was tasty, but it was definitely not worth the price. I've wanted to try this place since visiting the last time I was here. I'm a sucker for good branding, and that's what first sold me. Sweet signage!!! I'm from out of town and I'd love it if a billionaire and someone from Cubby's could call me so we can figure out how to get this to other states? Organic? Delicious? It's not expensive for it being those two things. Come on. So good. Plus, did y'all Utahns know how effing spoiled you are that you pretty much have unfettered access to fry sauce? Cubby's. What a spot. DELICIOUS food, AMAZING service, BEAUTIFUL atmosphere. My missionary buddies and I were waiting in line when this awesome lady decided to pay for all of our food. So with this blessing that I was given, I ordered the Le squish burger with two patties and some sweet potato fries. And PHEW, they DID NOT disappoint. Best burger and fries I've had thus far with the 6 months that I have been living in Utah for. I got the tri-tip steak salad, and oh man, it was awesome. Pretty fresh greens, and the steak had such great flavor. I loved the dressing as well though, it was this green sauce that had juuuust a little kick to it. Wow, would definitely recommend. Very small burger for the price. The pickles were bigger than the meat. It was amazing though and the rosemary fries were good. Be sure to try their non-alcoholic Apple beer.
