There was hair that wasn't mine (so it could only have been from an employee) in most of the products in my order. So, I threw them away. $30 wasted. Please advise your team to be more mindful of cleanliness when preparing orders for customers. Thanks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I visited the new location in Sparks the second day they were open, 2/5/2022. Although the line was really long and out the door, I only waited 10-15 minutes until being able to order. The cashier was friendly and patient as I ordered. There were plenty of employees working hard behind the counter to quickly grab cookies off trays, frost and box them, and bring them to the front counter. My order took about five minutes (two 6-count boxes of cookies). I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I could get in and out, especially considering how long the line was. The cookies were delicious! The Ruby Chocolate Chip was warm, crispy around the edges, and soft and chewy in the middle. The Banana Cream Pie was served cool, and a perfect mix of “pie” and cookie - buttery with a yummy banana pudding center. We will definitely be back!

There's not much to say about the inside of the bakery, it's pretty bare bones inside. When I went in to order, there were three young adults (possibly older teenagers still in high school) working there. They were silent and dare I say awkward. Not necessarily friendly or helpful. Buuuuuuuut what they lacked in social skills and hospitality they made up for in getting me out the door. My order was ready in 30 seconds to a minute tops. I ordered the pumpkin puree cookies. Phenomenal. Worth every penny and still completely edible 4 days after I bought them. Tough breaks of seasonal cookies are that I'll have to wait another year for the pumpkin. If you're looking to get tasty cookies and fast, this is the location. If you want to talk story and connect with your cookie people, you might wanna pass on this location. This place is new to us but I see it becoming a weekly visit very quickly. The cookies that come out of this place are incredible and they have new flavors every week. Every time we enter the store I find myself saying "I will never be a skinny man". I highly recommend downloading their app as you can order ahead of time or have your order delivered as the line outside can get a little long. But that just speaks to how great this place truly is
