Love this place!! However, it is dangerous for someone trying to eat healthy 😂 The service is phenomenal and the cookies are amazing! What some people may not know is that each week the cookie flavors change- Which is
pretty cool. The cookies are really delicious and worth it!!
Feeling a need for something sweet, we decided to try Crumbl Cookies in Milford. Place an order for the 4-pack for $18.70 (milk chocolate chip, brownie batter, mint chip ice cream, and classic pink sugar). After a 26 minute wait and still not receiving the variety I ordered, I was disappointed 😔 ... the taste was really good, but for the price I wasn't blown away. The experience was not worth it for us. We did get a card for a free cookie so maybe the issues with our order was an anomaly.
I understand the excitement of a viral establishment & the need to try it. At least I can say o experienced it. Definitely overpriced, the cookies were a 6.5/6 out of 10. I may go back to experience the new weekly flavors
At first I thought the cookies were a little high priced but they were worth every cent, best cookies I ever had. If you had heard the hype and have been wondering if they are really that good rest assured they are much better than expected.
Originally from Milford and parent still live there. I haven’t had a chance to visit Crumbl before because there is not one where I live. The plaza that Crumbl is located in is stunning. Inside the store is open and quiet and cold. Not inviting like you would want to see when purchasing cookies. There’s modern kiosks to order from. Not one single worker said hello me or directed me. I stood there for 5 minutes before I saw the kiosks in the corner. I ordered a box of 4 large cookies for my mom who is recovering from breast cancer surgery & a 4 large cookie box for myself. Total was $34. For my box I got: 1 chocolate chip, 1 honey bun, 1 chocolate pumpkin, and 1 strawberry shortcake. For my mom I got her 1 chocolate chip, 1 buttermilk pancake, 1 chocolate pumpkin, and 1 honey bun. We both agreed that the chocolate chip cookie was not up to par. It was extremely dry, has a dull taste to the chips almost like cheap chocolate, and we both gave it a 3/10. The honey bun was the worst of them. It was very dry, tasted nothing like a honey bun, even the icing had no flavor. The chocolate pumpkin was good. It did resemble the brownie taste and the frosting had a distinct pumpkin pie flavoring. It was softer and good. This one got a 8.5/10. The strawberry shortcake was good but not because of the cookie in a whole. Only when brown down to categories. It is smothered with cream cheese frosting and who could not like cream cheese frosting. The cookie was soft and resembles a snickerdoodle like taste. Then there is a thin smear of strawberry jam on top with not much to add to the whole shortcake appeal. Overall, for $34 I was not impressed and I wouldn’t go there again just from the lack of customer service and cold aesthetic. Put waiting seats or music on or some fun colors or just something that says - hey! Cookies are yummy and fun and welcome to our store. Let the workers acknowledge you standing there at least. Overall the whole trip there as a first time customer I give it a 4.5/10.
