Employees greeted us as we walked in. We had to self purchase as the kiosk was our first time here. No one let us know nor any help besides that.
1 employee boxed our cookies and showed us the cookies before closing the box. She was nice. Cookies are good. Nothing special.

Crumbl knows how to execute a good product, with quality ingredients, presentation and uniqueness to a new set of cookies every week. They generally have some really fun flavors, depending on the season/holiday, and their prices are actually reasonable, when you consider the quality of product that you’re receiving in return. What’s interesting about crumble, is they don’t generally have a lot of marketing, but they don’t need to, when people share their experiences amongst others, that will go out of their way to experience a gourmet cookie.
We spend a small fortune here, and it’s always been good. My advice to Crumbl/corporate, is they do need to add a second location in Appleton, as there’s plenty of commerce here, and only having one location by the Fox River Mall, really limits their potential in a thriving market.

I dream about these cookies…that’s how much I love them. They have mouthwatering new flavors every week! My favorite flavors so far are the Birthday Cake flavor and the Buttermilk Pancake flavor. Yum!

Very cute place! The cookies are unbelievably good. My favorite was the original chocolate chip and the turtle. I love that each week they switch flavors. The staff was so friendly and helpful! I am definitely planning my next visit.
