Good coffee at this Cruisin, I always get a 16 oz mocha shake and a toasted plain bagel with plain cream cheese, and ice water almost everyday!! Their loyalty card system is 12 drinks and one is free. Not Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Waited for over 5 min for help. Only 1 other car on far side. Isnt a drive thru suppose to be efficient and kind of fast? When I finally got help the girl was very rude and annoyed that I called her out that I had been waiting for so long. She just rolled her eyes and huffed at me. Mentioned it to the other girl who came to take my money. She did the same thing. Very Rude and the coffee this morning was awful!! Wouldnt go there, but it is the closest to my work. Would not recommend others to go there, go anywhere else. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Service: 2

Crusin is always a good stop for coffee and treats. Even the kids recognize the building and want to make a stop. The coffee has been great each time, we typically grab a scone with our stop, and the staff is always great. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We ordered a mocha and a chai some time around 4 pm on 12/29/2022 The milk in the mocha was curdled. It’s like they steamed the milk too hot. And there’s no whipped cream. That’s standard for a mocha. This isn’t the first time either. We order the same things every coffee stand we go. With occasional Red Bull drinks some days. This was bad. And this isn’t the only Cruisin we go to either. The chai was so milky it was like they poured mostly milk and flavored it lightly with chai. And to make up for the lack of chai there is so much ice that by the time I got halfway through drinking it, it was mostly watered down. Gross. I don’t even wanna go back. We’ve come here before…. The red Bull drinks are ok…. Never made consistently, but ok. The girls that work during this mid-day shift seem super dismissive to us like they wish nobody would ever show up. Unless they seem to be some hot guy on the other side that has attracted their attention. Passively and subtly rude. I don’t understand. We order the simplest drinks on the menu and have never gotten them right. Literally only at this Cruisin Coffee on Lakeway. I would love to not be paying for an over $8 coffee for something I could make better at home…… ya I could make it at home but in the middle of a work shift and there’s nowhere to do so, I’d like to not waste my money.

I love cruisin, it's a daily stop for me. I don't recommend this one on Lakeway for milkshakes, they always add milk and ruin the milkshake, it's more like a slightly thickened iced coffee

I only ever have poor experiences at this particular stand. They don’t use a note pad when grabbing ur order outside, and consistently mess up the order. I feel like writing it down would be a good solution to that. We just ordered one drink and two sandwiches, she rang us up for two drinks two sandwiches. So we clarified the order, then when we got our order the sandwiches were wrong. The whole situation could have been avoided if the order was written down.

Cruisin coffee is one of my favorite places to get coffee and a snack. When I say coffee I really mean blended , milkshake ish, with extra shots. Cruisin coffee also was my daughters first full-time employment. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The drink was not blended very well. The first several drinks were nothing but straight. However after stirring the coffee the snickerdoodle mix flavored it well. Service Take out Meal type Brunch Price per person $1–10 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Try a Red Bull Italian soda with blue raspberry and cream! They are so delicious. Staff has always been friendly and quick on orders. Don't forget to leave a tip! They're definitely working hard and deserve it.
