Went on opening night and had the guac, fried chicken and ceviche + passion fruit Mezcalita. All delicious and you are not going to find better fried chicken in Baja!The well lit setting in Huerta Hermosa out under the stars + a curated soundtrack made it a wonderfully chill experience. Tim & Chris are great hosts - we will be back and I was told karaoke is forthcoming. Highly recommend!!

Wow, this place is special! Amazing food and the ambiance is perfect for Baja. We’ve experienced wine events, family style group meals, and normal nights out with family and friends, all experiences have been incredible. Lots of great memories have been made here. Portions are very generous and quality is at the highest for the price you pay.
We went to CRUDO by the recommendation of a friend. The setting is beautiful but the food for us anyway doesn't match the hype or the price. We ordered the fried chicken that came with fries. We didn't finish the chicken but we did finished the fries altho they were well over cooked. We were hungry. The house did give us an order of fries and 2 cocktail on them. Even with the freebies it's still cost $80 US with tip $100. For 3 pieces of chicken and 3 cocktails for a bill to be $80 in my mind is outrageous. So much for Mexican pricing

Excellent food, drinks and ambiance. Wife & I shared the full plate of fried chicken. She's a real fried chicken aficionado and was very happy. Started with the crab quesadilla (LOTS of crab!) with this amazing spicy Thai sauce, and had to have a plate of the fries also. Will definitely be back. Very comfortable & relaxing vibe, nice people too!

After winding down some dirt roads that seemed like they were leading to nowhere, we stumbled across this gem. Jazz music playing, Christopher behind the bar in a suit jacket, we were welcomed by everyone in the joint. The vibe is stellar and the food is some of the best that I’ve had in BCS. It’s the kind of place where you can sit at the bar alone and meet some people or you can grab a table and have a nice time with friends.
After some difficulties locating the restaurant, we finally found it, and we confess that it was great! I teased them that as a black woman whose mom was from the south they had a high bar to cross. Well, they pulled it off. The chicken and the Shrimp were both delicious! We highly recommend you enjoy the Crudo experience.
Abandon all previous dining plans and go to Crudo. Tim and crew knock out consistently banger antojitos and seafood, Christopher keeps the friendly vibes and drinks flowing. Batman and Robin of Pescadero dining. Meet some friends at the bar, eat chocolate clams, drink great Mexican wine, get worked in some trivia!

I am so happy to add this restaurant to my list of places in Pescadero! It's super low-key and casual with top notch food. The menu is simple and my favorite by far was the scallop tostada. Even though I was stuffed I still ordered a second one after my meal in leiu of dessert. Yes, I'm a glutton. The bartender, Christopher, made a stellar margarita and I asked for jalepeno to spice it up - perfect. Not too sweet, well balanced overall. The fried chicken came perfectly crunchy, seasoned with just the right amount of salt and spice with a fantastic chili sauce on the side. Black beans blew my mind with hints of clove and star anise, the most unique and tasty black beans I've ever had. We are here for 2 weeks and I know we'll be back multiple times.

I ate at Crudo twice this past week. Twisting on traditional Mexican food, the chef creates unique and tasty dishes. The crab quesadillas are incredible with the sauce bringing the dish home. The beet salad was super fresh and NOT overdressed as is typical out in the world. Finally, the crudo scallop tostados were loaded with scallops with just the right amount of citrus and heat. All three dishes rocked and the space is cool and chill. Hope y’all go visit!!
