Highly recommend!! There is always something nice to see or eat at Cracker Barrel’s. The atmosphere is great and there are so many gifts or treats. All the candy from the past and all the New gifts for your our home as well. So take the time to stop and enjoy with your friends or family members. They have something for everyone. The food is Country so it’s fresh and warm and delicious. Had not been here in a very long time. Atmosphere was the same very loud place lots of people got seated fairly quickly though. Friendly service with a smile that didn’t change I tried a new menu item called pancake tacos. it was a novel idea, but didn’t quite hit the mark for me. You could not pick them up and eat them like a taco was very difficult pancakes were mushy. There wasn’t quite enough cheese. The bacon was not overcooked, but trying to cut it with a fork and knife was almost impossible interesting concept, that’s all I can say I would not order them again but if you’re adventurous, go ahead and try them. My partner enjoyed his meal the biscuits were excellent. Just to let everyone know, they brought back the sourdough bread for sale, but this time it is not the wheat bread if you were a fan of it before it’s not the same. The only negative thing I have to say is when he came out of the restroom he said that the toilets in the men’s were extremely low to the floor even for someone younger. It was hard for him to get up off the seat. I have some new places to go next time. Come join us as we search for new places to try. What was I thinking going on Thanksgiving? Well first thank you Crackers barrel staff for being there today because I would’ve not eaten today if you weren’t.. I’ll say this in a busy chaotic holiday frenzy my daughter who is on crutches went to the restroom in the middle of the meal . Our meal was accidentally taken away. While everyone around us was frantically waiting or eating there meal I ran back to the table to stop them , but I was too late. So without fail the manager on duty quickly had our meal replaced and served. No haste no waist The manager and staff was SUPER DUPER.. This was difficult. The waitress took forever just to get our drink orders. There were people who were there after us that received food waaaay before us. This is not the first time. Our food was hastily made bacon and ham burnt and refills were a challenge. Overall it was a mess. We had a gift card but this was the second time this place has let us down. Went 2x in one week, different locations. Both experiences make me not want to go back. At the first location we went for lunch and had to wait at our table for 20 to 30 minutes before the server came to our table. The food was not up to their usual standard and we had to track down the server to get the bill. The second location had a 45 minute wait for dinner and then the special for the day was sold out by the time we were seated. I won't be going back for a while.... Normally we have good experiences, but tonight when we went the hostess tried to squeeze us into a 2 seat table with no room. Then we were moved to another section and waited 10 minutes before our server came over. The sever was finally attentive towards the middle of our meal. Then when I was trying to ask for the check she didn't listen or give me chance, instead brought out a to go box for 3 bites of chicken. Then we had to wait again for the check. When paying the cashier barely greeted us, didn't ask about the meal, or address my husband about a product he was inquiring about. I ordered turkey and dressing, turnip greens. I hadn't ordered that in a while. Perhaps, the recipe for the dressing had changed. It was dry and just didn't taste the same. I went back and had them replace the dressing. It was still dry. The turkey was tough. The meal just wasn't good. I was disappointed. My family and I always enjoy our visit at Cracker Barrel. The food is always excellent and we always have a great server. Our server yesterday was Ursula. She was very nice, personable and attentive to our needs. She was very busy but that didn't distract from her service to us.
