The Cracked Conch was absolutely phenomenal. Jennifer was a great waitress and really took care of us. The whole staff was top notch! The food was off the charts. We were visiting the Turtle Centre and the Dolphin Discovery on Grand Cayman. The restaurant next door is the Cracked Conch with the Macabuca Tiki Bar beneath. As it was a Monday, we found the Conch was closed but as the sea was very rough that day and spraying the Tiki Bar, its clients were moved up stairs to the Conch tables. The four of us had lunch and, although we greatly liked the view of the sea, we found the Macabuca food was only average. In fact the sandwiches, burgers and fries were not up to our expectations for a restaurant of the Conch's reputation. The fries were like 'oven chips' and the chicken rather dry. Great place for upscale dining and lunch with excellent cuisine and view. Lunch at Macabuca, dinner at Cracked Conch. Very good menu, wine list. We tried an octopus, HOUSE SMOKED WAHOO TARTARE , tuna crudo, SHORT RIB TORTELLINI. Tortellini was so delicious. We ordered it twice. Amazing ceviches and tacos were downstairs at the bar. We came back here several times during our stay in Cayman. Just a good, casual bar to have some tasty local beer and seafood. Great sunset views each time! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great dinner experience all around. The menu is a little limited but everything we tried was sipper delicious. From the white conch chowder to the wahoo special to the Crème Brule. Two of us made due with 2 small plays/apps and were comfortably full in the end. Definitely on the must go list. Go snorkel then eat seafood tacos, whats not to love. I would dive here the wall was only 40-50ft and still good if visibility is good to snorkel. The ahi tacos very good! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Fish Tacos

Alyssa G our server was so sweet. The food was fresh and the conch ceviche was amazing! We even got to see several people scub while we were here. So good we came back a second time! Macabuca always delivers. The views of the sea, the sound of the waves, the relaxed friendly atmosphere, and the service, prices, and food are all reasons to visit Macabuca. Dan was great for a bartender! The other lady that took over, was average at best. Not very attentive. Our macaburger was one of the best we have ever had. Except they forgot the bacon….so we asked and they brought it out! Conch fritters were good. Thank you!😊 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
