Went on a whim as we were passing through Taitung on vacation and this is one of the most charming and delicious experiences I've ever had eating at a restaurant. We lucked out at having the whole restaurant to ourselves during a slow Saturday lunch hour. The owner, after explaining their side dishes, gave us a plate of vegetables, stewed radishes, and even some snails for free and excitedly explained to me that their snails were better than the escargot in France (they were!). The radishes were cold yet somehow full of flavor and they're served with a savory soy based sauce with bonito flakes, so refreshing.
As for the beef noodle soups, they alone were worth visiting Taitung!! The braised version was beautifully spiced but the clear one was my favorite, full-bodied so it coats your mouth but still so light, and the beef flavor was so rich. The beef was tender and you get huge hunks of it with each bowl. And if it starts getting boring, you can add their homemade chili sauce or pickled mustard greens which could honestly be sold as their own side dish.
I don't know if we got special treatment because we were obviously visitors from abroad but I was so wonderfully surprised by how generous the owner and staff were with us, even though we only meant to go in and get two bowls of noodles and bounce. If you are in the area, please give them a try.

Passby and saw that they won championship for their beef noodles. The noodles are al dente in a good way, huge chunks of beef cubes and tendons. For service, dont expect any as the cashier lady seems as though she having a bad day

嚐嚐冠軍牛肉麵的味道如何，清燉牛肉麵湯頭很棒，看似清淡但味道很足有香氣，牛肉大塊也給的蠻多，肉有咬勁沒有腥味，和牛乾拌麵微辣有點番茄肉醬的味道，好吃很特別，小菜會再燙過沾上店內的辣椒醬很夠味，整體都表現不俗，唯獨麵煮的有點軟。

清燉跟紅燒牛肉麵的湯頭都蠻好吃的，肉也超級多！但是份量實在是太大了，女生可能大部分都無法自己吃完一碗😅
滷蘿蔔跟豆乾好吃，醬汁很特別
滷肉飯也蠻值得推薦的
乾拌麵可以跳過😅😅

這家牛肉麵的湯頭真好，肉塊很有誠意，大又有嚼勁，麵條Q彈👍小菜就跟都差很不多，服務人員都很熱情有活力，下雨天去吃的，每位都精神飽滿，吃起麵來更有味道了🤗🤗

一家很有氛圍的牛肉麵店，點了清燉跟紅燒牛肉麵，湯頭說實話真的很濃郁很好喝，每一口都是順口的，不會感覺到味精或是過多的調味👍👍
肉塊來說也是給的很有誠意，也很入味，份量真的是滿滿的，覺得吃的很滿足，是個讓人感到難忘的牛肉塊！麵條也是表現的不錯，吸滿湯汁讓人一口吃下滿滿的香味，很喜歡😋
另外店家內也有小菜，很多樣化的選擇，豆乾清爽好吃，茄子也算是滿好吃的，整體來說，真的是有感覺的到得獎的牛肉麵是如此不簡單！👍👍下次來台東必定會再來享用～
