Having seen The Royal Gate, it's time to have a rest at Copernicus Club. If you look through the visitors' reviews, the staff is terrific at this place. Nice service is something clients appreciate here. The overall score of this spot on Google is 4.1.

Unbelievable bad service. This supposed to be a four star hotel??? After 10 minutes being ignored I went to the bar and asked for two drinks. The waiter told me I have to pay before I get some. I asked what kind of bar that is, where I have to pay before. He said: " It's very busy tonight, I just changed the rules!" (the place was not even half full).

I've been here for a working trip. The Copernicus Bar in the Radisson Blue Hotel has a nice view over Stettin, but the service is so bad, that I can't find words for it. 2 waiters are supporting 6 guests and there are 30 minutes waiting time. When you go to the Bar, you disturb the mobile Games, which are played by the waiters. And the price for Drinks is extremely high. This was the same thing, every das. Conclusion: they could tripple the income by being more Active and the guests would be pleased.

Die Bar war gut besucht. Nach uns kommende Gäste wurden bedient. Wir haben 45 Minuten gewartet und sind dann gegangen. Personal hoffnungslos überlastet. In anderen Bereichen des Hotels gleiche Probleme mit den Aushilfskräften. Das Management ist gefordert, die jungen Menschen richtig an die Arbeit ranzuführen. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
