When we arrived, the person serving was incredibly rude and very sick. I saw her cough in her hand and then make our drinks and serve the dessert. She didn’t wash her hands at all. The dessert tasted really bad but the hot chocolate was good. This cafe needs to train their staff about germs! Now we didn't know anything about Bled cake prior to coming to Bled but once we got there you couldn't escape it and to be honest I am thankful for that. This is a small local place out of the centre on a nice residential road that we walked past and we noticed it was mainly locals inside so we thought we would give it a try. It's what you would expect from a local shop it's nothing overly fancy however it's everything tasty. You order at the counter then grab a table which I am happy about but making a decision on what to order is the most difficult part. I went for the Bled cake then we also got a fruity cake. The bled cake was brilliant tasted fresh and home made and really good texture and ingredients. The other cake was delicious really tasty again it tasted like it was home made and bursting with flavour it was also really light and didn't leave you feeling like you have had a gallon of sugar afterwards. We also got some coffee which as every coffee we tried in Bled was brilliant it seems to be a good town for getting coffee in. Service was friendly and we had a table in the outdoor area which was nice it just has a really nice friendly feel to the venue. The toilets aren't for those of height or size down a thin circular stairs but that adds to the fun. All in all a really good place to grab an outstandint cake or ice cream and enjoy a coffee at a reasonable value away from the tourist traps. we visited this cafe TWICE on our day trip to bled!! really good bled cake with a generous portion at a good price (4.50 euros) and really friendly service staff as well (they speak english) got the grmnada to try as well. the affogato (3.50euros) is also really good!! and the hot chocolate is thick and satisfying, as it should be (3.20euros). coffee was also priced well (2.10 euros for coffee with milk) overall really good prices, yummy desserts and drinks, friendly staff and nice spacious atmosphere for relaxing. Delicious "Bled" cake in a relaxed Cafe - without the views of Lake Bled. Self-serve at the counter environment with a digital menu. I spent 1 hour relaxing here before walking Bled Lake - and was tempted for another kremnitsa. THE BEST!! Highly recommended. Perfect sweetness and affordable pricing.. we loved it ! Make sure you check their timings and check if they are open. We had Bled cake and Blejska grmada.. loved both.

we visited the place after a recommendation from our Airbnb host in order to try the traditional Slovenian sweets in bled. We tried 4 cakes and they were ranging between good to very good , but nothing very special ( the Slovenian cream cake was average ) . Yet the service was very nice , the place is very clean and spacious , the staff was very helpful and nice . Overall good experience

Self service place, prompt and friendly service over the counter. They sell gelatos as well as various cakes, sweet pastries, and an espresso bar. Bled cream cake was great, not too sweet, with the sweetness coming from the powdered sugar at the top. Very light and pleasant dessert without much strong taste. Tiramisu was decent, however didn't really have a hint of alcohol. Probably the thickest tiramisu slice I've had. Total cost for the 2 slices were 9.60Eur, not cheap, but ok for a holiday treat.

The best Kremnesta I’ve had, really very good. However the three layer chocolate cake was average and won’t recommend it. Great coffee and gelato too

Small and sweet bakery restaurant serving very delicious Bled cakes. Had their Cream Cake and it was perfect. Not too sweet but with perfect taste and layers. Staff is patient and nice to customers. Also had a very good seating area. Our tour guide recommended this place to us. Will certainly love to visit again to try more cakes.
