My lady treated me to me to dinner the steak was delicious and tender. My lady played some piano jazz on her phone because they didn't have any music playing. Other customers were wondering where the music is coming from. As some people left they said you're the ones with the music. Hands down the best steak in Dothan and probably best steak in Alabama. The place is not fancy and they don't have a big bar.... I didn't see a bar at all. Their menu is simple. You pick your steak cut and tell them the temp you want it and sit there and wait for the best steak you will probably ever have. The side dishes are typical offerings, and they are good. The prices are very reasonable here. The service is very good here. If steak is what you want, there is no better place in Dothan to get it. Great steak! This place is a gem. I got the 5oz steak with salad and sweet Potato. It was all perfectly cooked and delicious. It looks like a little hole in the wall but it’s awesome! As a lot of hole in the walls are! Check it out if your in town.

First I’d like to say that the steak was good it was tender. It wasn’t cooked to my preferred temperature I asked for “a light pink center” and it was more like a medium bordering on a medium rare. but I ate around all the edges and I took the rest home to reheat for later and when I reheated it it was just right. I do believe that the steak was actually a little larger than the size I ordered which is awesome. If you like a no frills steak establishment this may be the place for you. There weren’t any appetizers on the menu and we are pretty big on appetizers. The yeast rolls are very dense. At first glance and even when I was buttering it I thought it was a cornbread muffin until I bit into it and smelled it and realized it was a yeast roll. They aren’t like the fluffy type of yeast rolls you get at let’s say Logan’s roadhouse or even Golden corral. I was really looking forward to a big piece of cake or chocolate cake or maybe a brownie sundae at the end of the meal but the only dessert they serve is cheesecake with assorted fruit toppings. I had been warned ahead of time by someone that had already eaten there that the baked potatoes aren’t very good but I still gave it a try because I love a baked potato with steak and that person was correct they are very thick, dense, and chunky inside like either a microwaved potato or a potato that is baked in foil. It was not warm and fluffy inside and does not melt in your mouth. The broccoli was very good it was plain but it was cooked well. I would say the best part about this place is the quality of beef the steak was a really good steak The worst part would be there was no butter! When I spend $27.99 on a steak, baked potato, and broccoli real butter is an absolute must. A buttery tasting spread is not going to cut it. I would eat here again but I would get takeout And eat at home with my real butter. Service Dine in

Sabrina was our server and she was very kind and attentive. Our food was amazing and well prepared. My husband ordered sirloin and it was cooked just the way he likes it. I ordered the ribeye and it was cooked to perfection and was very flavorful. This was our first time eating there and we will be going back! Interesting place recommended by the locals. When they said it was a steak place they mean it. The menu is steaks and a burger only. Really nothing else. So they knock it out on the steaks. I’ve been going there since I was a kid, but now, since the owners have let the children run it, the food quality has dropped and the prices raised the sauce doesn’t even taste the same. Have went there. Several times this year and steaks are tough. it used to be that the meat was tender and had a good taste to it. I really hate to say this because I'm super sentimental about the Big C but their steaks aren't what they used to be. I've given it three try's this year but each ribeye I had was tough.
