I person handling the store and there was no whip cream. I think they can do better. The ice cream was good though.

Girl in the front was very rude, started laughing and disregarded my request to order and made me wait while she was playing around with her co workers. Very rude and inconsiderate. Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Visited today with my family and the young girl in the picture assist us and was so rude.No eye contact, no communication. 0/10 customer service. She Wasn’t listening to what we were saying we wanted to customize our Ice creams but she totally ignored us. We are very disappointed by the customer service. I asked her name but she didn’t give me her name, that’s why i’m posting this picture. I want the manager and owner to know what is happening this will definitely affect their business as with this behavior you will loose your regular customers.
