We walked in and was immediately hit by the pleasant smell of cookies and cream. The service on the front walked us through and everyone ordered a small order of his or her selected choice. For in-house made to order ice cream. This was pretty good! For $5-$8 person. It may be a bit pricey, but it's worth it in my opinion. You're paying for dine-in and labor. They cook it on the cold tabletop to make your order. It was definitely an enjoyable visit. Down below are some pics which I hope you readers find helpful :)

Got there at 9:28 when they close at 10 the door was locked but customers were inside. Me and about 8 other people were at the door trying to get their attention as we thought someone accidentally locked the door. The black guy (I think was a guy) kept looking at us then looking away like he didn’t see us. RUDE. Then a white girl came to the door opened it and said we’re closed! And shut the door on us. We said it ain’t 10 yet!! She came and said the ice cream machine was down even though there were tons of trays with full ice cream with 6 people in line inside the store to get some!!! I stayed in the lot and another white woman said she worked at a cold stone before and that the lady wasn’t making sense. She went back in and talked to the white girl that slammed the door on us. They served her and she came back out and told us the girl kept changing her story. First it was the ice cream machine then it was the cooler to keep the ice cream pans cold. First the owner told her not to serve customers but then told the lady they can serve some it’s just going to be a little melted. The lady said she asked to get the info to contact the owner but she refused. Then when she said why didn’t you tell us that you could serve us some stuff cuz we asked if we could get other stuff than ice cream when she slammed it in our face she said “I ain’t gonna argue wit you” seems like she got caught up and mixed up her stories maybe they just wanted to close early and go home I don’t know I just know the lady was waiting a bit before the girl behind the counter even helped her. This was my spot but nah that wasn’t cool! I told my people what happened and decided we will go elsewhere. Plus they might be racist as all of us waiting at the door were not white but they served the white lady that went back in. Who I might add said she would not be returning after that fiasco. You would think if your ice cream is about to melt you would want to sell it or just stick it in the back freezer and get what is needed until the front cooler is fixed. If the owner directed them to close that was a loss of a ton of money. Service Dine in Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

More spacious than most Coldstone locations. The yogurt and specialty candies are a nice touch. The staff always provides excellent service and I was impressed with how clean this place is. I really like the Coldstone product but the pricing is excessive! Definitely worth a try.

Had a hankering for Rocky Mountain candy apple and could not find one independently. Thankfully this Cold Stone is basically a 2 in 1 with both ice cream and Rocky Mountain Chocolate desserts. Would rate it a 5 star but I haven’t tried their ice cream. Also saw an old review before I went that said their apples were brown but this one was fine.

Excellent Cold Stone location. The store combines the🍦 ice cream and nextdoor 🍫 chocolate shop so you have more space. The ice cream can be expensive but you can get a cup or come, pints to go, ice cream 🎂 cakes and more. The staff are pretty good and they do have ♿ handicap accessible 🅿️ parking, seating, and 🚻 restrooms.

Sarah is, quite possibly, the most rude manager of a store I have ever had to deal with. We have had an issue with her in past which the store owner was kind enough to remedy with a free creation. When we went to the store to claim it, not only did she have an unpleasant attitude the entire time, but when we got home, I realized there is no way she gave me Cake Batter ice cream, like I asked for. It tastes strange and sour. I have no idea what flavor it is. Also, I asked for oreo cookies. She added two, which is perfectly fine, except she left half a cookie on the table. We asked if she could add the cookie to the cup, but she claimed it was too "full", which it wasn't. We asked if she could just put it in another cup. She said she could, but it was extra. We asked how much, she said $4!!! For half a cookie?! It amazes me that someone like this could still be a manager there. I refuse to patronize this place any longer if it means dealing with her. I've worked customer service in a restaurant for 6 years and I would never treat a customer the way she does. I hope the owner does something about her behavior soon because the way she deals with customers is unacceptable.

Love me some Cold Stone Creamery! I always forget about the location in the Jefferson shopping center. After seeing the line out the door at the Friendly Centre location, we headed to Jefferson and were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Picked up a couple prepared quarts of The Founders Favorite along with some yummy Rocky Mountain gourmet chocolates. The staff were really nice as well. Letting us know that we can request customized creations in the larger sizes too.
