Husband ordered a pint that was HALF filled, I don’t know about cold stone but when I worked at Ben and Jerry’s I JAMPACKED our pints, so maybe do better?

I arrived at the shop at 8:30 and there was a line, finally got to the counter to order it was 8:57 and they told us they wouldn’t be putting any toppings in our ice cream, because they close at 9.. and was not 9 yet, any other company serves the people that are already in the building. You can’t just not fully serve people that were in there well before closing what the company provides and is branded for. They could’ve given us a warning before I stood in line for a half hour for ice cream. It wasn’t even 9 yet and they wouldn’t put toppings in. Who goes to cold stone to just get plain ice cream. The team should’ve communicated ahead of time before I was at the counter. The staff just didn’t want to work and wanted to be done. There were four employees but only two were taking orders?? Apparently getting napkins off of tables is more important than getting orders out making money. There were at least 15 people behind us as well. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst cold stone location.

I'm sure if you go into the store, the ice cream and shakes are wonderful, but I highly recommend not ordering for delivery. It was my mistake. Most places keep these items in the freezer until delivery, and our shakes were beyond melted. They were horrible. The driver even got to my house before the scheduled time, so I know it wasn't the driver. Very disappointing! I will not order ice cream or shakes from this store again..

My husband got my birthday cake from here this past weekend and OMG. It was literally the best birthday cake I have ever had in my 34 years of living. According to everyone else, they may have terrible customer service... but those mf know how to make a damn delicious cake! 😆

Ice cream was ok. Honestly, it probably would have tasted better had the experience been better. We ordered about 25 or 30 dollars worth of ice cream at 8:05 pm on January 30th, 2023. The store hours says open until 9. We had been out celebrating my sons achievement awards and ended the night in this establishment. After ordering we went to sit in the restaurant well within the buisness hours and were asked not to sit at any table because they had already been cleaned and they didn't want to clean them again. An hour before close....so we were basically forced to either sit in our car or eat outside..mind u its 2 degrees outside so obviously we sat in our car which isnt something we enjoy doing especially with ice cream and children. Maybe im going overboard, but it seems to me that customer service doesn't exist at this location. And I'll unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere even though i love the ice cream.

I was a little weirded out that they did not wear gloves while handling the ice cream but I guess they never actually touched the ice cream with their bare hands since they had the scopes. It didn’t seem like they had a manager on duty and every worker except the cashier seemed very hostile.

The ice cream is absolutely wonderful! It's fun watching the employees mix it all up. It was very pricey for the amount that we were given so we probably won't be back. It is very good ice cream though.

Very good ice cream! Like grandma's homemade from when I was a kid. Employees really try to make it a great visit with all the restrictions. The month mixed with pistachio is one of my favorites. One girl with colored hair was exceptional in her job! Will return for more ice cream!

Ordered delivery off their website, website told me that my card and my moms card were declined, i look on my card and have been charged for the order. Called and was told money couldnt be returned but if we drove down there they would make our order, the promise was delivered on and was given 2 ice cream sandwhiches as compensation. Sadly the milkshakes in the end were horrible there was to much milk added so they ended up being just flavoured milk rather then being milkshakes.
