I don't often leave reviews, but I was blown away by the customer service provided at this Cold Stone. We all know Cold Stone ice cream is AMAZING, but what you don't expect is to get the small, mom-and-pop ice cream shop feeling from a chain. The managers went out of their way (literally) to correct a mistake I made on a custom cake order. Their kindness saved my husband's birthday! The cake was beautiful and delicious. Picked up an order this evening and one of them wasn’t made correctly. Some other issues occurred while I was there. The music was using profanity. The staff was messing around the entire time. There didn’t seem to be a manager handling the store. Myself and others were waiting to get their order taken while the staff was playing jokes on each other. Easily the best icecream place in the area. Their vast selection of flavors almost guarantees that you'll find something you like, and if not, just wait for the seasonal rotations! Every time I've been here the workers have been nothing but helpful and friendly, and the service is always very quick! One thing that really sets ColdStone apart from other places is that the owners frequently come in to help! That's a level of passion for the job that you rarely see nowadays. If you are ever in the area, it's almost a crime to not go by and get a treat!

I love this place. So much, we now have a family tradition of creating the most fabulous custom cakes with the amazingly helpful and creative staff here. The owners feel like family and it certainly trickles down to the vibe. Ice cream elevated in every way. Thank you!

I went into Cold Stone creamery with an empty stomach, and frankly, an empty heart. All my wishes were met when I received my order. I ordered a “Gotta-Have-It” that consisted of a delicious chocolate cream with my favorite, gummy worms. I gotta say, the workers were hard working bees!!!!!!🤣 They stroke my face gently as they scoop my ice cream, whispering gentle compliments as they hand me my order. I paid and I will NEVER forget this wonderful experience. My ego and fulfillment levels were STRIKING high today.
