UPDATE: Ordered in the app (benefit of the doubt that maybe that's where the problem lays 🤔). Ordered the Oreo Overload & received something more like Oreo Oh-no! as there was supposed to be double the oreos, but not even the equivalent of 1 whole oreo was in there. 🙄😫 11 MONTHS AGO 3 STARS: 3 times last week we ordered our usual 2 items, 1 of which being the Oreo Overload but with Coffee ice cream & always a Gotta Have It size. 1st time was made with incorrect ice cream, all 3 times minimal oreos & all 3 times less than usual for the size ordered. 😑 New people and service still all good, just bummed that 3 out of 3 times in 1 week was my very same item subpar. By no means new to this location or this ordered item, so all comparisons based off of steady history of. Hoping it's not a change in business. 8 MONTHS AGO REVIEW 5 stars: Brenda and her team are all wonderful! A pleasant experience every time we visit and not to mention that it's always delicious. Portions are lovely; location is always clean and aromatic, too, of course.

Aside from the obvious that it is good ice cream, the hospitality and the care that the workers take for their customers is truly remarkable. I had came in to order my usual, a small cake batter ice cream with cookie dough and as I payed and left to go back to my car (It was 9:20 pm at this time) I had realized that I had lost my car keys. I went into a little bit of a panic, as I told the employees working there they took no hesitation into helping me. Searching every area, around my car, in the store and within my car with care. They took my problem into their hands with the same worries as I had, as if my problem was their own. After 10 minutes I had checked in my jacket pocket and I had found the keys were there, much to my own stupidity. A long tiring day can do things to a person. As I let them know, they showed no frustaration to my negligence and even as I offered to tip them for their help they refused. One of the workers had even seen that I had been stressed out, and offered to buy me a drink on him which I did not accept because their help was already enough for me. This location truly has good employees, who care for their customers concern. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ice cream is pretty good. I would expect the employees to mix up the ice cream a bit more than just smash it down once and put it in the cup.

Talk about the most horrible coldstone experience I’ve ever had and I have been so excited every year I go and try the fall flavors and so I was so excited it came out, I get there at 8:30 pm and legit just left and it’s now 9:25 pm. Waited that long just to get the smallest amount of not even what should be ice cream at this point because it was handed to me and my boyfriend both melted. And aside from that behind the counter was A MESS, both girls were not professional looking that worked there, the one was wearing a jack skeleton jacket, but I thought coldstone had uniforms? And the other girl had hickeys all over her neck. They also were talking so much the whole time when there was a huge line of people . Very dissatisfied and will not be returning to this one

I Come here at least 3x a month for about 2 yrs for their double chocolate. It's nice when you walk in and the person waiting on you Is kind and smiles back. I don't normally ever get a good vibe because 98% of the time they seem to hate their job and made to feel unwelcome. Today I purposely look at the girls ID because she deserves a awesome review. Thank you for serving with a smile Haily. You are new, so I'm hoping they treat you good so you'll stay.

I went to get ice cream cake. It was $31 the guy tell me he can’t take a $50. So I didn’t get my ice cream cake . I was very upset. I work hard at Karmanos and my husband work for Jeep. But because the color of my skin.

Used to enjoy this location, but very disappointed in it lately... Twice now in the past month this location has been closed during what should be normal business hours with no explanation or any type of note on the door or anything, and they won't respond to phone calls, slightly frustrating because I drove 40 minutes just to come here both times it happened...

This is the best Cold Stone location in Toledo! My daughter and I just stopped in, and we were fortunate enough to be served by Abby and Bri, who treated us like royalty! They were so kind and they really looked out for us. Highly recommend coming here for a visit.

The ice cream is delicious but the store is filthy. There is so much dust and grim all over every surface. It’s really unfortunate with how pricey it is. When you pay $1.15 extra for a tablespoon of sprinkles I at least expect the area to be cleaned.
