Went to see a movie nearby. Saw this place and wanted to try! I am so glad that I did! We got founders favorite which was ice cream with brownies peacn and something else I forgot. The price is okay. We got founder’s favorite small for 6.48 with tax. But this was definitely one of the best icecream I have ever tasted! Definitely try if you are into icecream!

Ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday, non-custom. The cake was delicious, and the staff person was very helpful in letting me know about how to ensure the cake was delivered in tact and how to store and serve. The cake was a hit. Went to Cold Stone in San Antonio Texas for a late night snack and the place for pretty packed. There a was actually a line. This is absolutely my favorite stop for Ice Cream. I got my ultimate favorite Oreo Cookie Overload which is so delicious. My nephew got Peanut Butter Overload such he loved. My brother got Mudpie Mojo which Ive have myself and it is also really good, and My sister-in-law got Peanut Butter Perfection and substituted the regular ice cream with banana ice cream. That one was really really good. I may have to get that one next time I go. The staff was courteous and polite and took our orders quickly with no hesitations. We had a Cold Stone Creamery in Lake Charles La but they closed it. Hoping one day they will make it back. Great experience, Great Service and Delicious Ice Cream.

I've never been to a Cold Stone and I only came here because when I searched for banana splits, Google said this place had them. Well Google was wrong, they dont make banana splits at all. In fact what they do have is some pretty pricey ice cream that tastes okay. We bought two small cups and it was over 8 dollars. One of the staff seemed very annoyed by there being customers in store, not sure why. They also had the fan/AC on, and for it being 40 degrees outside, led us to very quickly leave without really enjoying our dessert. I wouldn't have a reason to come back at this cost and hospitality.

Terrible service I received from Tatum! Im not sure if shes new or not… but she was on FaceTime when there was a line of customers! She started my ice cream before the rest of my family yet I was the last one to get it… and the outside cup was messy. If shes new… she needs training. If shes not… she needs to be reevaluated! Went in to get a Treat‼️ Founders day is my fav...walked in about 8:15 or so it's Labor Day evening no greeting no hello nada. did not catch her name but she had two braids and glasses. I asked her if they had syrup or just chocolate fudge to put on top of my Founders Day. She clearly did not know the difference between chocolate syrup and chocolate fudge; she decided that she would educate me and tell me that there was fudge inside of the founders day ice cream...I told her I knew that and I understand that but I wanted chocolate syrup. after she had slathered fudge all over the top of my ice cream she asked me if I would like to have it scraped off🥴 I told her no thank you just cancel the whole thing.🤷...maybe if her attitude had been a little bit better I may have considered allowing her to scrape the fudge from the top of my ice cream. We felt as if we were bothering them the entire time over there so we simply packed our ice cream up and Left. dear owner please put your staff in check it is really not good business to have folks with attitudes working in the evenings realize there's no one else to really do it but at the same time it really helps to be nice to customers they do return occasionally🙄 PS.. I saw the other young lady who was working go and take her own personal plastic spoon get a scoop of ice cream from the ice cream area and take a nice taste of her own🤪 she was a lot nicer😆 so I guess we can allow her to just help herself to the ice cream with their own personal spoon. I just hope she didn't double dip.

I don’t blame the heat because it’s 8PM and this started melting the second she gave it to me in the building. Way too overfilled, I couldn’t even enjoy it. Icecream should not melt this fast. I got lucky my stepdad was with me and ripped a tray from a to go box we had from dinner. If not my jeans would’ve gotten sticky too. We were not even greeted when we got there, just got asked what we wanted. So unprofessional. Disappointed.
