Delicious ice cream! We bought Oreo shakes, one with Heath bar mixed in, and a signature creation all lovin no oven. The staff was so friendly and helpful as well. The store was clean and inviting. The EDM music was a bit intense but ok.

We drive out of our way, past two other cold stones to come to this location! The staff in here is always very friendly and have exceptional customer service. The music and lights are super fun for a Saturday night!! Keep it up! :)

Fernando was fantastic with the service, really knew how to take care of his customers. One of the best in the industry. The manager needs to do better, realize you have a generational talent in Fernando and let him flourish.

The person here was so friendly. He was so great to my daughter to make sure she got the treat she wanted, made sure we well taken care of and as we were sitting down enjoying our ice cream, brought water out for my family and I. Wow I just love how outstanding his customer service is. It was not something he had to do but he went above and beyond. I truly appreciate how wonderful he was. Just awesome

The employees at the cold stone in my town aren’t always really welcoming so coming here was really different ,sasha was the BEST , he was very friendly and let us sample an ice cream . It was a really good experience.

I always order my birthday cake from Cold Stone. This was my first experience with this branch in Santa Monica. I placed a pick up order and asked for a simple “happy birthday” writing on the cake and paid in full. When I went to pick it up I was told they don’t have the cake I ordered and they are not able to do the writing on the cake! very disappointing!
