Their chocolate based cakes are always perfect. I was never disappointed. But their tiramisu is a bit different than usual tiramisu. It is like mousse and tastes like instant coffee instead of real grounded coffee.

5 stars for the product, 0 for the service. We were obviously undecisive and would have welcomed advice, but the salesperson had none to offer. Also, were were obviously buying a present for a child and she didn't warn us the product we selected had coffee. Very disappointed.

Sinfonija okusov. Čudovite tortice, nebeški pralineji, skrivnosti skrite v čokoladi gold Grand. Darilo, ki izraža eleganco, spoštovanje. Prihaja jesenska čarovnija.

V Žalcu sem z družino sedel za mizo na kateri so bili še ostanki prejšnjih gostov. Čakamo in čakamo, nakakar je hodil naokli kot da ga "nosi luna" in stregel goste ki so prišli za nami. Po desetih minutah me je poterpljenje minilo in smo odšli. Nažalost je osebja za strežbo premalo ali pa nesposobno. Res pa je tudi, da nasploh v Sloveniji v gostinstvu ni kvalitete, redki primeri so bolj izjema kot pravilo. Nad kvaliteto izdelkov nimam pripomb.
