We ordered the Classic Lava Pearls, Berry Lovers and Fresh Lemon Yakuit. They were all very good with the Yakuit standing out most. The ordering system is efficient and the place is cool. My only complaint is the fact that I paid for tapioca pearls to be added my drink (this specific drink didn't come with any) but they were never put in the drink. Bit of a bummer but the taste made up for it.

Great spot for bubble tea in the town center. Order with app to pick up later as they are always busy. I prefer Coco over Gong Tea in the Burlington Mall since Coco tea has more tea flavor.

I never had a bubble tea before, so when I was walking by, I bought my first one today. It was really good! Deliciously delicate black tea, expertly mixed with sugar, milk and the little tapioca blobs was really refreshing and cooling on such a hot day as today. Super interesting flavor, definitely unique as a drink. Really tasty
The shop is clean and has a small seating area with very comfy chairs. The staff are friendly, very welcoming, they took the time to explain to me what the different flavors all mean, since I'm new to such drinks.
Even when it's full of customers, they will get you your drink in less than 5 minutes, as they are efficient and hard working staff.
I highly recommend this store, and will be visiting regularly to try further drinks! If I could rate it 10 stars, I would!

Very frustrating experience. Long line for a kiosk which was hard to use, and essentially no other way to order (the "cash only" station was never manned). After having mistakenly ordered two drinks incorrectly, we had to ask a chatting staff person for assistance to be sure we didn't do it a third time. There were communication challenges, but her kindness (and the correct drink) merits one extra star. Also, I would have drunk my incorrect beverage (taro milk tea without boba, but we thought were included given the price), but it was all but tasteless -- way to save money, use less powder? Way to lose customers.
Prices and sizes are ok, service is quick natural flavors are rare and not well advertised. I ended getting a bubble gaga (passion flavored w coconut bobba), but realized the berry lover had real berry purée! Though it seems to only come with real milk. It could improve with: more transparent description, a "real fruit" label for some of the options and also not running out of tapioca bubbles on a sunday mid afternoon ;-)
30% sugar is way plenty. My friend got matcha with no sugar but with lychee jelly and it was also plenty sweet
Delicious! We ordered 30% sugar in the Taro and Classic Milk Tea flavors with bubbles and it was perfect. We enjoy sweets, but sometimes it can be too much. They’re also generous with the bubbles! We got to the end and there were plenty left. They’re a bit smaller (more enjoyable) than what I consider to be the standard sizes you find at other shops.

Boba tea with lots of options. Our kids love it and the service is good. My only complaint is that they have very little seating. It's more a grab and go kind of place, like many places that opened during COVID.

i personally received amazing service from this male asian teenager named Zach, who was very kind and considerate when I didn’t know what to order. I think he deserves a raise and should get 20% of the entirety of the shares of coco. the service was THAT GOOD

Ordered two drinks by using the app. Ordering experience was good. We picked the drinks up right away and my taro tea drink was only warm, not hot! After I took the first sip, definitely it is not 30% sugar and it must be 100% sugar! I added both Tapioca and aloe Vera as the topping, but there was no Tapioca at all! Very disappointed for the order and it seems the staff had no idea what they are doing!
First time for me to try 🧋 bubble tea, and I love it!
Coco is amazing, staff are super friendly, juices are great.
