Rude counter person has an attitude with shifts mart workers and customers if you not happy within yourself maybe you should try a different career. Circle K should train better or not put the rudest person at the counter to interact with adults. The worse circle K I had to work for as a shift smart rep.

I LOVE GOING TO THIS STORE BUT SOME OF THE CASHIERS ARE SO RUDE , NO PERSONALITY , NO CUSTOMER SERVICE APPROACH LIKE THEY DONT WANT OR LIKE OR ENJOY THEIR JOB. VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES . I ASKED THE GUY TO SMILE AND HE YELLED AT ME OF…NO !!!! SMILE BECAUSE ITS UGLY IF YOU DONT SMILE. HE SAID THAT I AM THE ONE UGLY.!!! WOW… THESE NEEDS TRAINING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. 100 %.

This Circle K is Neat & Clean, lots of choices to choose from..but i can say that Anna was working late & was still so happy greeted us and was very helpful :) yall did good at choosing someone with wonderful customer service thankyou again Anna :)

i was just at this location; as it’s been a while since i’ve been here. Today July 12 at 9:30 am the young gentleman that was working was absolutely rude to almost every customer for no reason other than asking more than 1 question, or maybe to repeat an answer or location, i did see that it was certain individuals that he seemed to be kinder too, i just find it mind blowing this is what we settle for in our business’s??? won’t be coming back here

Isn't this place supposed to be 24 hours? Why is it that whenever I come here, the doors are locked but I see people inside? Isn't this supposed to be open 24 hours? If not, then at least update the store hours on Google because right now, it says 24 hours. To the hiring manager, please hire more people! I understand the people working have to take their breaks, but it's rather unfortunate when there's no idea given about how long these breaks will be OR if those store is closed for the night!!

I stopped at this location of Circle K in Apple Valley yesterday to buy cigarettes and lotto tickets. Being in the Customer Service field most of my life in a different setting. Customer Service is Customer Service no matter how you are representing it (over the phone or in person.) Excellent Customer Service is a skill, either you have it or you don't it's not usually something you can teach. I have to say I've never experienced such a great customer service experience as I did with the cashier named Hanadi Scott. (I may be misspelling her name) She was naturally very polite, genuine, and professional. She treated me and all the customers there phenomenally! Other stores & companies go take some lessons from her. This is how Customer Service should be done! I asked her if her manager was in. Ms. Jones politely went and got him for me. His name was Jose, very polite gentleman as well. I gave her praise and asked Jose to give Ms. Jones a raise and promotion. I don't think it's his call. So, I will be contacting the corporate office now. Thanks so very much, Ms. Jones. Keep on doing what you do! God bless You!

The location of this gas station is very convenient because it's near highway 18, which is a very vital route in apple valley. The staff is very nice and welcoming and the price is very reasonable. Also, it has a small store , which you can grab a coffee and snack on your way. Thank you

Convenient with a little bit of everything. This is an easy in and out convenience store that is perfect for a quick trip. Stop in and pick up a snack and a drink and check out the store for something else you may need. Everyone is helpful and friendly and the store is very clean and well organized.

It's convenient to get gas and a cheap cold drink. The staff is always friendly and talkative. The one thing I dislike about this location is they have no public restroom and refer you to go next door to KFC. I would have gave it 5 Stars if they had a restroom available.
