I frequent this Circle K quite often and it seems to get worse everytime I go. I visited about 1 week ago and was waiting in line to pay for my products. Instead of using the self checkout I decided to go to a cashier because I needed cigarettes. I walk up to the cash register and did not notice that both lanes were closed. There was a young man, and two ladies behind the registers, which one of the ladies I later found out was a “lead”. As I've stated I did not realize that both the registers were closed so I'm standing there like a dingbat patiently waiting. After about or 3-4 mins goes by I say to the two people standing closest to me “are the registers closed”? The young man replied “YES, there's a sign” in a smart a$$ tone. All 3 of these employees saw me standing there waiting and not one said anything until I asked. Very rude! So I had to go around and get to the end of the very long line simply because they couldn't inform me that the registers were closed. Today I go in and used the self checkout and realized I was over charged for a product. I called over the Hispanic woman and told her and she took the product off and put it back on. Still at the wrong price. I told her “this is $1.99 why am I getting charged $2.19”? She said “that's the price” and I explained thats not what it's marked as. After a couple times trying to explain I just checked out and left. Then I open my nacho cheese sauce and it looks horrible inside. Yes I could have went in and asked for another but by this time I just wanted to leave. Not to mention I was on a lunch break. Circle K please get it together!

If you buy cigarettes make sure they are all in the bag. I went in tonight and the lady charged me for 4 packs and only put two in the bag. I saw her grab 4 but only two made it in the bag. This is the second time with the same cashier. I believe she charges you and then keeps the ones she doesn't put in the bag. So just be observant and make sure all your stuff is in the bag. I'm also pretty sure she's the one that keeps putting the card cloning devices on the pumps over there. If you can go to the one on mc 85.

I was in there on 12-5-23 to buy a sprite and went through the self check, I scanned my sprite and inserted my $5 bill then the machine the froze an went back to the normal screen without giving me my change of $2.85 I then told the clerk Allison what happened and she says “well you’re gonna have to wait I need to check cameras” with a attitude then on her way back to the back room another customer tells her hey I have a question and she says “you’re gonna have to give me 15-20 minutes” and keeps walking which left that customer unhappy then after 10 minutes of waiting she comes back out and tries to tell me no I did not insert a five dollar bill I need to pay again I said no you guys owe me $2.85. I will not be paying for this again. You can go ahead and call the police department out and she said no you look sketchy putting in your five dollar bill and it doesn’t look like you actually put one in so I said OK I will wait for the cops. She then called the police and I waited. The police officer got there and went into the back room with Allison to check the cameras again Allison and the police officer then come back out and Allison gives me my $2.85 change with the police officer standing there. Allison still does not give me an apology for accusing me of being a liar Then I asked her, so are you gonna apologize and she says no because it still looks like you didn’t put in the five and I said well I did if you guys are giving me my change back, so obviously you guys are wrong and you still cannot say sorry for it and she still wanted to argue with me and I said I will be speaking to your Store Manager Maria tomorrow. Then she proceeded to apologize For accusing me of being a liar I have been coming to this location for about 10 years now and this will be the last time I return as it took me 30 minutes just to buy a Sprite.

Only reason circle k is around is because they are in every corner and people don’t have an option. It’s shoved in your face. Every person from customer to employee is miserable and I’m willing to bet the big wigs ignore the feedback of their awful customer service they have. Hope this company goes under so someone better can take its place.
I will agree with the last review. Rude people work here. They should get some training at QT. They are busy and have faster service. Last week I was shopping for ice in the afternoon on a work week. There was a long line like always. Other associate seen line and they choose not to help but continue to work on floor. There was 3 people ahead of me. An older Mexican man was next on line and the cashier ask him to pay on self check out. He said he doesn’t know and prefers to pay at register and she said no, you need to learn!!! He continue to struggle and 3 Custumers passed and finally she came to help with an attitude. I will never go back.
Long lines, most of the staff is very friendly but they don’t have urgency. Hispanic old lady with curly hair and glasses is unprofessional and rude. Self-check out service needs a better location and space.

Rude worker. The guy in the glasses that was working at 8pm on April 11th. I was polite and asked if they accepted cash, he said, "I don't effing know, ask the cashier, I'm busy right now because she's having me work later then normal". Mostly disappointed with this place. It's your job to be helping customers and shouldn't be taking your anger out on the customer nor should be using vulgar language while there were children pleasant.

The worst. Don't answer phones. Then put them on busy. The worst costumer service ever. . rate negative 5 start if it was an option
Their store is pretty clean. The staff doesn't seem to be very outgoing, maybe that's just my experience but I don't really see them being that talkative with people, even their regulars. The location is convenient but other than that it's just a standard circle K nothing special.

I use to love coming here until they hire the Mexican lady with the curly hair. She goes to fast and she doesn’t pay attention or know what she’s doing! I understand they are busy and understaffed but she needs to be fired already. Every time I go she either doesn’t give me my change and if she does remember to give it to me is not the correct amount, she always over charges and ring things up multiple times. I now only go for gas and only if I pay at the pump twice she’s put my gas on another pump and someone else got it and they did nothing to reimburse me for the gas that she gave to someone else! She’s been there for over a year now idk how she still keeps making new bee mistakes I hate going to qt they are way to expensive and out of my way but the service I better and in the long run im not losing out on the money I spend. I don’t recommend this circle k but if you choose to come here alaways ask for a receipt.
